So the Government is going to force the Utility to provide Power … even if the customer isn’t paying … I suppose that could be considered to be “nice” or humanitarian BUT How Badly are PAYING Customers &/or Taxpayers going to get hit for Providing this Aid?

and it was a lot easier for companies to monopolize and take over people's lives. If this was 200 years ago, the water company would own you for life.

@@theduke3155 at the time, companies were predatory in nature. They would lock people into an unpayable debt that would essentially make them owned by the company. At least in today's world the government is forcing companies to give people a way out and back on track. That's a good thing, and something anyone should support.
