Today I reviewed the terrifying new 2000 watt (over 3000w Peak) electric scooter that Varla sent, the Eagle One V2.0. This scooter is built like a tank & has so much torque and power via it's dual 1000w motors powered via large 52v battery. It has 2.6x the power of my fat tire electric e-bike which I towed my kayak with. This e-scooter can reach speeds of 40mph and range up to 45 miles. I review the scooter and take it on city streets and off-road trail riding. What do you think? What should I do with it next?
It isn't a Dualtron Storm Limited, Wolf King GT, or Nami Burn-e2 Max, but then again it costs less than half the price!!! The speeds & capabilities of this Varla Eagle One V2.0 are very impressive & the robust frame & build quality will likely give many years of service. It is. I took mine to Orlando. I’m filming all week at a huge fishing expo and it has been convenient to get around on. It also has saved me on crazy vehicle parking fees. I can park further away and scooter into the event.

Thanks. Do my best to test products to their limits so viewers can see if the product will fit their needs. I will say I was pretty shocked at how well it handled hitting some of those large rocks on the trail. The suspension does great job of softening the blow and allowing rider to maintain control.

I almost asked for Eagle One due to popularity of it, but then they asked me if I wanted to test the V2.0. Definitely like scooters. More portable. It is in backseat of my truck today. Heading to Orlando to film boats and kayaks all week. Tons of videos coming. Gonna use scooter to get around in areas with no parking for big vehicles.

Definitely need a helmet. The torque is insane. It wasn’t even running full power for part of my tests and I was terrified. Haha. Then bumped up P07 setting to 80 and it was really ripping! Peaks out at 3200 watts! My fat tire e-bike that towed a 12ft kayak is only 750w.

Ahhh I'm probably gonna get the blade GT 2 but I don't see it in the market as of yet. But yea this scooter look nice but why 52v when could of been 60v more range and torque.

I got mine in about a week ago. Like you said in your review this thing is fast and it rips. Easy to hit 35 plus mph in a hurry. They really did a good job with the upgrades like the display and folding mechanism.

I want ro pull a wagon of a bike can i do that? Also jow water proof is it ? I live in nevada it sometimes raine a bit not too heavy. Snows a bit sometimes not all the time.

Red hook is deck hook? Lol & can’t robbers switch the LCD to theirs and just drive off? Cool vid btw. My main gripe with the Eagle one was the tubes inside popping. Can’t believe though you hit 40 with no protective gear. When I was trying to hit 40 something happened to my front wheel, it stopped rolling and I fell. Needed surgery on my wrist. Now I’m scared to fly 40 with no protective gear. 22 is where I remain off eco mode.

Definitely don’t advise anyone to hit 40mph without helmet. My helmet was in mail and I’m impatient. It was too tempting to ride it. Couldn’t wait for helmet. It is a blast!

I think maybe 1-2mph slower than Eagle One Pro last I checked, but like the design features and options way better on V2.0.

I’m a little disappointed in this scooter. The eagle one is faster on top end. Wonder why they cut the top end off? By the way, great review. I would still buy this.

I hit advertised speed 40mph easily. I’m a pretty big guy. So with all due respect did you expect it to go faster than advertised?….or did you just wish it did but bought it anyway?

In area I live and travel to vehicle parking is nightmare and expensive. The scooter saves headaches and saves me money. I’m taking it up to Orlando today to film at large iCAST expo….parking is $20+ a day, but with this I can go from hotel to event and not pay parking. Not everyone will see the value. For me it is useful and I am finding that I enjoy exploring remote trails…even finding some potential fishing holes.

I grew up In a small Iowa town with population of 700. Then I moved to Cape Coral Florida where our population gained 10,000 last year alone. Parking is becoming an issue in many areas so having the scooter in the vehicle is convenient. Just park further away and scooter into the areas we plan to hang out. Mostly excited about exploring some remote trails that lead to promising fishing spots. Thanks for stopping by the channel.

Scared me. My full face helmet is awesome. Helmet didn’t ship fast enough. It is like giving a kid new toy and telling them they can’t play with it. It was terrifying without the helmet… so fast. Scooter handles curbs, rocks, big cracks in sidewalk, misc road debri, etc. Total beast. I take it to big fishing and boat expo events because parking is sparse and expensive…this already saved me $100 in parking fees one week alone.

I got good life insurance policy. Wife will live very well. 😂 The scooter shipped faster than my helmet. No way was I going to wait for helmet. It is like giving a kid a toy and telling them not to play with it.
