DISCLAIMER ⚠️ FOR THIS WIG! I just ordered this wig and apparently they don't make this wig in any other size cap except medium, which is basically a small. The cap size runs very small. I measured my head and by their wig measurements this should have fit me. So their 360 invisible strap wigs are not big head friendly. I have a ton of hair already, but I've never encountered an issue with a wig being too small for my head, especiallyafter laying it down and putting a wig cap on. I'm having to send mine back for a full refund. And there is definitely a bit of a language barrier, the customer service representatives are Asian I believe, as there was a few things in Asian writing in my emails with them, and the English is broken. So just be aware of that. I think the influencers are getting the good wigs in my personal opinion. The only thing I can say about the wig was that the hair was very soft. Idk if it sheds alot, or is minimal etc. Or if the lace is easy to work with. Really unfortunate.

Agree… I ordered one too and it was extremely small. It also didn’t look as good as hers. I was very disappointed as well.

@SheShe77777 I eventually got my money, but it took over 30+ emails to make them do it. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They claimed that if I got a refund, it would take over 60 days to get my money back. They just kept trying to get me to order another wig from them instead. I was so frustrated. I feel like their wigs, like none of them, will fit me. And the hairline is wayyy over plucked. It makes you look like you're balding. Once I kept demanding a full refund of my money, it only took about 3 days for me to get the refund. Can you believe that crap? So shady.

@@anitarandall5617 for real! And it didn't come in no fancy box or anything like these influencers. I shipped it back in a box for fear it would get damaged, and I wouldn't get my refund.

Don't waste your money. It seems they send influencers the best hair. I got this hair, and it wasn’t half as full as this. It shed a whole lot. I tried to pull out some front hair for baby hairs, but somehow, the strands of hair ripped off the lace on my first wear. I wanted to return it, but they wouldn't take it.

So I was right!!!! Mine has almost 70% density and certainly doesn’t look like that! It’s sad cos we’re the paying customers though. It’s such a crime!

Got my blonde 360. Density is terrible. The blonde was yellow so I used purple shampoo to tone it and the hair must’ve been compromised after the bleaching because let me tell you, that hair now looks like it’s been through it. Smh

I agree! I haven’t tried this company but I had the same problem with ISEEHAIR. When I washed the hair for the first time all of the hair came out of the lace 🤦🏾‍♀️the best hair company from my experience is Asteria Hair I’ve been using them for years & they never disappoint only thing is that they don’t have a lot of the new constructed wigs

I love the highbun look, and a beginner to wig. After I watched this video, I order my wig from ashimay and get it yeterday. The wig is full pretey and easy install, so easy to get the highbun look as you, u opn new style for me, I will try a colorfl next month for my vacation🌈

I brought one and the wig is way too small. The customer service is very VERY terrible. I have return the wig and chasing them every day for my refund. Very bad experience buying from this company. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED..... I am still waiting to get my refund
