I broke the front glass in the top right corner slightly, it seemed to delaminates so only aesthetic otherwise thanks for the video. The rear glass seemed to be a must as the new one had the required adhesive. I used the hair dryer for two minutes on normal heat rather than the hot setting. There were thirteen screws that had to be taken out make sure they are all taken out. Good luck to all that try this themselves it is a little tricky. The hardest bit for me was getting the phone frame off without breaking the front glass too much.

Using tools provided and a reasonably hot hairdryer, i inserted the blade at the back and immediately cracked the glass. Process is not easy, back is ruined and no matter how much heat is applied i cannot get back of s6. I wouldnt recommend this kit. Not easy or straight forward. Video instructions are a bit vague in terms of time spent heating back.
