Lol. I also ordered the Black Clarins lip oil and they sent me the White. They shipped out a replacement and I received the White again. They are sending it to me third time and I have a feeling it will still be incorrect as I went on the Sephora site and the reviews for this product show others having the same problem. But the people who are actually ordering the White lip oil are getting the Black.
WHAT???? You're KIDDING. I choked on my soda when you ended with the fact that, online, people are saying that they're getting black when they order white. WHAT??? hahahahha. Oh my!
I grabbed the original Cool Mattes palette the day it was released, the full-sized one. I will definitely get the small one for travel. I recently went on a trip and took the Petite Mattes nuetral palette and used it every day. I will try out your eye looks this weekend.
Me too ! I find they are my most used. I want to get more, I'm not in love with the Shimmer formula. But the mattes and satins are amazing. I'd love the Grande pro 1 to come back.
About colours. I looooove them. I refreshed the button on Beauty bay UK like a mad woman for the colourful all mattes Grande pro vol 3. I had to have it. I love matte eyeshadows and colours. ❤❤❤
I have the regular Viseart Petite Mattes. It does look like it’s different shades in this original version!!! I will definitely get it even though I’m just a corporal in the cool tone revolution army!! What I REALLY want is for them to do a restock on the Petite Mattes Dark. I have the Petite Mattes Dark EDIT, but there are shades I love in the Dark Mattes that are missing there. 🤞🏻 I have 2 Clarins lip oils and I love them. I have a clear yellow one and a silver shimmer one called Sequin Flares from Macys that’s in a square tube. It’s divine. It’s truly beautiful on the lips and you feel no glitter. It looks great alone but looks fabulous on top of any lipstick. I really like the Clarins formula and scent much more than the Dior lip oil. I hate, hate, hate how Sephora DEIGNS to “accommodate you” due to their own mistake. Infuriating!!! This white one is pretty. I bet the black one is too (if you ever get it) My Alex Anele Rephr Brushes arrive today. I’m ready to wash them today so I can use them ASAP!

I think they’re really odd to something with the fact that most of us like to use and store something a bit smaller, a bit less expensive, a bit more satisfaction and maybe working through some of the shades rather than feeling like we have enough to leave to our descendants.
Clarins is my favorite lip oil Honey and Chocolate 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 love the smell: taste 🤣 the balms are great too u might like them better they taste different I’m not crazy about the scent of them I got the pink one it’s the perfect pink shade! Products is incredible
I had a broken MUF powder foundation in Aust & Sephora asked for pictures then they let me keep it & gave me a voucher to spend. I still used the broken product & ordered something different.
Costumerservice... that's my job ;-) I would have let you keep it but I don't work for Sephora but for a bank. I always wave the costs to replace a broken or lost debit/creditcard. A happy client is more worth as the 5 bucks. In the Netherlands it is actually very nice at the moment in the low 70's fahrenheit (thanks Google for the math) but it will be warmer starting tomorrow. I just came back from the south of France where we had a heatwave with high 90 degrees Fahrenheit but we were camping at the waterside and there was a nice wind across the water and with a cold coke and a Nicci French book I wanted to read for ages; I survived.
Hey Rebecca! Too bad about the cloying scent in those Clarins lip oils because they are PRETTY!! The white one seemed like it had some sparkle to it? It’s beautiful in Michigan, today. We’ve had awfully hot and muggy weather but today it’s 69 and partly sunny with a cool breeze… I love it! PS: I received my Alexandra brush yesterday… I’m so glad I have it! One of the best brushes ever!!
If you order direct from Clarins, you can select 3 really good sized free samples. I’ve heard some crazy stories about how Sephora treats their customers when resolving issues caused by their own team!
I had that black one in my cart for the friends and family sale and took it out. Looking forward to your video on it if you do get the right one shipped! I saw something online the other day about Sephora having so many people trying to scam the system they changed a few thing, like now requiring people to make a purchase when they pick the 250 pts birthday reward because there were people making 10l accounts - maybe they’ve had too many people claiming they got the wrong item but didn’t so to cut down on that they’re making everyone send back the wrong item when they send the right one?
General in the cool toned revolution here and I have the original of this palette and Viseart does shadows so well! Regarding the Clarins, I've purchased before and didn't like formula or cloying scent. Dior lip oil much better imo
That is annoying when they ask for send backs cause they are just gonna waste it by throwing it out. You should just keep it honestly. Ulta requested I send back a broken up eyeshadow and I was like no I trashed it cause it got all over everything. The customer service person eluded to me that they just have to request it…👀 so basically they aren’t gonna notice if you don’t. it’s gonna go to waste if you send back.
Hello, Viseart is one of the brands that interests me but unfortunately is not directly and easily available in Austria. (As far as I have seen) I had a look at their homepage once and could have seen color palettes that would appeal to me, especially when I was looking for violet shades, it ended up being an ABH palette as they are more easily available. I am also very happy with this palette (Nouveau), but perhaps Viseart would consider cooperating with the largest suppliers in Austria? - I like things to be uncomplicated, fast and inexpensive (shipping/customs) ;-) All the best for you, Maria
I think they want it back because there are disreputable people who lie. Unfortunately will misrepresent just to obtain free products. I do believe they should have realized that you are a valuable customer , and treated you accordingly.❤❤
i find it so frustrating when beauty companies ask for something back that has been opened! it would be different if i knew they had a recycling program (some do, to be fair) but generally it just seems like a waste of everyone's time to drive or ship the product back. also reporting in for the cool toned army!

Like you said why would Sephora want the lip oil back, they can’t resell it? The classy thing to have done would tell you to keep it (at least they aren’t charging you to send it back)! Rebecca are you aware there will be a Friends & Family sale that you need a code from someone who works at Sephora (20% off)? I don’t know why they do this, I don’t know anyone, unless the code leaks I’m not buying anything. Did you purchase the new rereleased Urban Decay Naked Palette? I watched someone comparing the old palette with the new and the old palette came out as the winner. I actually still have the old palette which I never use so I won’t be purchasing the new one.
I noticed i put the the black one in my Sephora basket and it’s the picture of the white. Thinking I will order the white (which is black in the picture) and get the black??
This just in! They have sent me out a replacement for the accidental white shade… And they have replaced it with… As comments here have warned would happened… yet another white one! I give up. And they will use it against me if I ever have another issue with them by the way they will say they have accommodated me already.

WOW, who ever handled the mix up at Sephora was incompetent (I’m trying to be nice) especially after you told them you used it. They can’t sell it so they’d have to throw it out. Are they paying the shipping for you to return it. Honestly if I were you I’d keep it. Screw them. They’re not the only place to buy makeup. Arrogant jerks.
Yes to the Cool Toned Army 🩵❄️💙🩵❄️💙 Why on Earth would they want you to return the white Clarins oil? They may just resell it instead of tossing it out. I once received a previously used Tatcha Dewy spray mist but now I know how it is sealed so I'll return if it's been used 😐
