This time on Busted Knuckle Builds it is time for a new chassis design. Now that our Ride Chassis has taken off we thought it was time to build a new chassis. One with 14" front shocks allowing for much better vision out the front of the vehicle. We also did a flat roof on this one to keep things simple. One piece panels on the sides give it more of an Ultra4 look. Jake Burkey and the crew at Busted Knuckle Off Road went all out on this build with an optional windshield, backup camera, and custom passenger grab handles and foot rest. The best part was having it on display at Rock The South concert in front of 60,000 people. The lines of this Rock Bouncer Build really sets it off and might just be my favorite yet. The level of documentation and QC you all have with these buggies is even more impressive than the buggies themselves - and these buggies are very impressive! Seeing that level of planning and discipline in a build like this must give your customers extreme confidence in the final product and post-build support available from you all. Amazing buggy! Just thinking of how far these machines have come, from those old VW chassis sand rails / dune buggies and the first side-by-sides like the John Deere Gators, blows my mind. So cool.

We have explained this before in one of the build videos, there is so much parasitic drivetrain loss on these. The driveshafts are 1/4 wall, plus the heavy tires, etc
