I think because you’re an influencer Hairvivi sent you a wig with a lot more density than other customers. You can’t choose the hair density on Hairvivi wigs. This has led to customer complaints because these wigs are great but they’re also very expensive

Awww I hope not. I have heard that complaint from them in years. I will say that not all of their wig are full. Some are definitely on the thinner/ Low density side. This is one of the thickest ones I’ve gotten from them. And idk why they don’t let you adjust the density. I’m going to bring it up to my contact because they are definitely on the higher end side of wigs and ppl shouldn’t be paying all that for thin wigs

I’ve never worn a lace front wig and I’m nervous to try. I sing in a band so I’m under hot lightning and sweat heavily throughout the night. What would you recommend doing to be sure the wig stays on, looks fly and doesn’t rip out my edges? Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.

This is the very conpany that i have just deal with! Another gru had been sent a. Wig & showcase it on her channel!& the wig i receive was was nothing like she had received I was just telling another subscriber because she was commenting on gurus getting the best wigs and look up and this is the very same Wig Company that had ordered two weeks by and trash I just don't know what to do this week is A Pretty wig but I'm telling you you will not get the same wig from from this company they finally sent my money back on one other ways and it was the most expensive one that that I had purchased unless the guru start standing up for us we're not going to get the same quality and I really don't know what else we can do about it except for going into the brick and mortar stores so folks be careful and ordering these wigs because they're expensive but you will not get the same but insist on getting your money back and maybe if we do something in masses with these companies like you nice hair Vanna and the rest of the companies we're not going to get the quality the only thing I can think of is sending them back because a lot of times we don't as I've done that as well because it's too much trouble to do so but I had begun to insist on getting my money back and so I will be writing letters when I order my wigs to let them know that if it's not right I will tell other people that is not right and it says I'm getting my money back what else can we do because the gurus are not standing up for us and saying if you don't send them my subscribers the same thing I will not advertise your wigs but they're making money they don't care yes I said that because that's the way I feel GH

Does the wig have to have a part? The parts are so severe and what happens if you want to flip your hair after a few hours?

If comes with a part but you can move it. The hair is just kinda set in place but you can use mousse or a pressing comb to forces the hair in whatever direction and it’ll be fine

What can we do as subbies& buyers of these wigs to get the same quality of wigs they we the subbies, consumers actually PAID OUR HARD EARN CASH. TO PURCHASE! THE GRU DO NOT PAID A DIME FOR THE WIGS UNLESS THEY SOMETIME BUY ON THEIR ON. & THEY ARE GIVEN THE BEST FREE FO PROMOTE THESE COMPANY & I KNOW THEY HAVE RECEIVE COMPLAINTS THAT WE THE SUBBIES ARE NOT RECEIVING THE SAME QUALITY OF WIGS! I'm wondering why they sent you the wig cap as well and it's beautiful you are a guru which is not your fault I ordered two weeks from them and the second one was really expensive but they did not send me that wig cap at all shaking my head best subscribers are being duped and not even getting the same gifts that you get and you guys are not paying for your wager get them free shaking my head GH

One more thing. I ALWAYS get compliments on my wigs. Every single OMGQ. Every singl custom wig. No exception. I received ZERO compliments on my HVV wigs. Folks actually looked embarrassed for me. After buying 8 hair care products and curling the wig today, i got my first compliment TODAY in the Starbucks drive thru pickup. My experience with HVV is very telling.. A cautionary tale. Im now about 99.99% sure that either influencers receive different products than consumers OR there is a lack of education on quality OR you ladies have so many free wigs that you dont rely on any one unit. Either way, the marketing is NOT transparent!

I just got this and the density is nowhere near 180%. And it's actually lopsided. I let customer service know and they're trying to do everything in their power to get me to keep it. RPG show is offering the same type of units. But they're a little bit pricier

I believe nothing here Ivana says about their wigs I have just dealed with them and finally received my money about 2 weeks ago from the second wig their wigs are trash I don't fault you because you have nothing to do with it but I just want to say on your channel that they're not giving the wigs that they're promoting I ordered everything wig and it was not that at all as well from the picture they showed nothing was like the picture at all it was a long back and forth about me because I had bought two wigs I bought the second one because I wasn't pleased with the first one and the second one was even more money I had to send the second one back I decided to keep the first one and look at RU-vid and see how I can make it work for me so I believe nothing that this company is saying I'm ready to boycott them it was Unreal but they did send me my money back once they knew that I was going to let other people know about their hair company and I wasn't playing I even sent it back in their package that they sent I sent the ups and they had it for a month before they even begin to realize they had it and the only reason why they realized they had it is because I kept asking where is my money why hasn't been put back in my account you took it out to make a long story short whoever had signed for it cuz I had to go back to UPS and I got all my paperwork I was finally able to give him my name they had stuck in back somewhere in a file they said unknown can you believe that anyway I'm just frustrated the wigs are beautiful but we're not getting what you're getting and I'm just tired of it and people need to know it and also the gurus need to be aware what's going on and tell these companies if you do not send my subscribers the same kind of ways I would not promote your wig GH
