Those pics usually are never the best....I always try to show wigs in a better 'light' ...what they will look like in the real world. I think RU-vid is such a wonderful resource for us wig wearers!

Hi Jill....all of the longer RW wigs look beautiful on you ...I have watched them over and over .....out of spotlight and showstopper and can't remember the other one....which has more layers and more ummmph to it ....I like to make it full ...Im an 80s girl too ...love big hair Thank you darlin!

Hi Jill, this wig is the most realistic I’ve seen. What a great cut. I love R W wigs they all look the most realistic in my opinion. This is right up there with Editors pick. Your presentation was so great too! I’ve been watching your Channel for a while - your one of the best! I haven’t started wearing wigs yet, but this style is tempting. I was right there with you in the 80’s and always had thin hair too. Keep up the great videos!

I’d like to add a little trick of my own. I too use those metal "snap clippy" barrettes to hold the ends of my little pigtails down. But I took a couple of those tiny rubber bands and wrapped them over the top part of the barrettes as well. Not only does this help keep them in my super fine hair, but it gives the wefts of the wig some more areas of friction to grip to and I can really lock that wig down with a bobby-pin thru part of the barrettes. I have a fairly physical job that keeps me moving for 8 hours straight and my wig might be a little mussed, but it’s still where it started now.
I truly was giddy. ;) I use to have long hair (never this pretty)...but, wore it similarly to this...(at least strived to have this hair) Haha! Thank you for your sweet compliment!

Wowsers!!! When you first showed it before going on your head I was doubtful I was going to like it. But was I wrong! The cut is stunning and the variation of blonde colors fall so nicely with this cut that you can't appreciate it until it is worn. It just comes to life! Very, very flattering on you Jill!
It is so pretty...I was crossing my fingers that I could pull off this longer style....but, it really is such a pretty cut, and the density is NOT over the top...I think many of us 'older' women can carry this style off quite well!
I have to say that out of every wig you have reviewed this is my absolute favorite on you! The color, the cut and style are all extremely flattering on you! It looks natural and you should wear it more often.

I also bought this wig in Shaded Biscuit. It looks absolutely beautiful on me. I got so many compliments from total strangers. BUT, I’m telling you that it will get very frizzy shortly after you buy it and you will be combining it ALL DAY LONG! I only wear it when I go out to dinner or someplace for a couple of hours. I purchased a shorter wig in the same shade that doesn’t hit my shoulders. It stays much nicer but is definitely not as pretty. Please keep this in mind if you are thinking of purchasing this wig.
My favorite to date! Love, love this. I am turning 60 this year. I wonder if I can still do this length? My current length is medium, past my shoulders. Can I still wear this length???? I just started wearing RQ Top Billing 12in; love it. But now thinking about wigs.

Some sale is on and have not been impressed with the other reviews...but OMG when I saw you pull it back and put the head band on etc and did a few styles...I melted. Always loved Spotlight was wondering when on earth you would review this one this is the best wig I have looks so real but you have to baby it cause its HD but love it anyway and dont care because it looks so so real and not wiggly AT ALL that's for sure
@@angelxorae88 HD stands for Heat Defiant. You can take some heat to these fibers.(they are heat friendly). I don't recommend anything above 260-280 degrees...and you have to 'cold set' once a curl has been made with the heat....so it needs to be pinned and cooled so it can set in.
This is absolutely beautiful on you! I tried this wig on Saturday and am ordering it. Hopefully they will have this color. I’m a first time wig wearer and also bought Haute in the same color you had on. I love it!! Wearing a wig made me feel amazing. I’ve always had very thin hair that made me very self conscious. I wore haute Saturday and I had so much confidence!! I cannot wait to get in Spotlight.
I have this wig in Regular Biscuit and it is gorgeous. I’ve had it for over a year and I just trimmed off that longest piece along the bottom about a week ago and she’s good to go again. I think RW Tru2life fibers last much longer than JR heat defiant fibers. I wore my Drew twice and it was totally clumped up in the back and now I can’t do a thing with it and I’m good with those type of fibers.I have at least 12 Raquel Welch tru2life fiber wigs.
Love your videos and this wig is beautiful on you. Your knowledge of wigs and all that goes along with wearing them has been very helpful to me. My head measures 23 inches which puts me in a large size wig which is unbelievably difficult to find. I would love to wear many of the RW wigs, they are beautiful but apparently only come in an average size. I have ordered some and have been able to return some and the others are put away never to be worn. I am just looking for some advice as to where I might go in my search. It is such a stunner! I know it's gonna break down quickly....it'll be the incredibly shrinking wig in no time as I will probably trim away the broken down ends at it happens. haha!

(which is why I want a 2nd one so I can rotate them when I do wear it!) I will slowly trim it as the ends become just too brittle for even smoothing with heat...but, I am ok with that! There is plenty of length to deal with that over time! I am so excited for you!!
@@JillLynnBeautyTherapy I love not putting rollers in my hair when I go out to dinner just throw on these beautiful wigs and my hair stays in place no curls going limp anymore, I would only wear the wigs maybe once a month so I hope it last longer, I would love to get Spotlight in Shaded Biscuit but being a Brunette I'm kind of scared to go that light, I purchased Editors pick in Hazlenut and I really love that color too, got many compliments people thought I colored my hair lol, I told my friends it was a wig they loved it so much now they want to start wearing wigs...
I bought several wigs last year but due to Covid I have not really worn them. Kinda of hard to get in the mood when you have to slap a mask on so I have mostly thrown on baseball caps and called it a day. I can't wait until things get back to normal and I can once again play dress up.
