6:03 this feature actually existed in windows 8 as i remember. when you go to the all apps category, it would have an option near the 'Apps' title which was very similar to the feature in this build. It has options like 'by name 'by date installed' 'by most used' and 'by category'. Glad they got it back.
@@spidey1809 The rumours say that W12 will be modular and LIGHTWEIGHT. I really want to believe it, but it sounds a little too good to be true. Hope MS doesn't break the pattern of previous windows releases.
The Windows Version no longer weighs as much as it used to. The Windows Version will be updated very easily as Microsoft now uses the Controlled Feature Rollout. Basically all the New Features are stored behind-the-scenes and easily enabled whenever they feel they are good enough. So nowadays the New Version doesn't really mean the New Features.
MS is one of the very few companies that test new "features" like improved minor animations for taskbar for 8 months across 3 channels when it's entirely unnecessary 💀 only for it to be a buggy mess anyway when released MS you know that you can just release minor features like this to the public without testing them, right?
I've a Cumulative Update available for July 2024 but not gonna install it because I don't want that shitty BSOD again. For those who don't know what BSOD is: It's Blue Screen of Death
I just wish they'd leave the actual operation and stop releasing new features. We don't need them. Just fix bugs and provide security updates. I am sick and tired of the constant update cycle.
@@JesusRamirez-ez7ll Yeah well if you want the security updates you don't have much choice unless you spend a lot of time weeding out the crap from the necessity.
