I'm going fresh start so doesn't matter for me haha but I wouldn't spend any mats/gold before patch at this point if I was staying on legacy. some new named pieces are crazy and you'll have to upgrade artifacts again for 725

I haven't changed anything since my build guide about a week ago, but I don't really want to put up another build guide until after patch. don't want people wasting gold/time copying this when I'm going for new stuff in about a month anyway haha

nah I'm gonna make a vid talking about that and some other things this weekend, but people are overrating to the upgrade. everyone will be mostly 700 for quite a while, they're making going from 700-725 more difficult than just getting to 700 has been but they're increasing the upscaling for opr/arena to 700. it'll be a much more even playing field for casual players but still have that small extra bump available for grinders

until patch it's keen berserk, vicious, penetrating backstab. basically just a 'berserker's axe' from pvp track with keen berserk

a question for a new player, how do you get all that perks on your Weapon? Farm until lucky and drop it ?

the one I was using in this video is crafted but you can recreate the same exact hatchet getting a 'berserker's axe' on the pvp track, taking it to the gypsum kiln and adding penetrating backstab to it
