Featherweight has improved the survivability of rapiers builds by such a degree that normal light armor rapier builds basically aren't viable anymore. It's kind of crazy
I saw a lot of different bow and even musket builds, but this one I think is the best. Ofc I guess there could be few things that might get changed, but overall the "base" of this build is the best
I'd love to see a spear set up, been wondering with the scorpion's sting some fun things could happen but I'm curious your take on the spear or which spear you would even use. The bow BIS was amazing went to farm it so was curious adding a spear and what you might pair with it whether bow, rapier, or something completely different.
It's what I've been running, it's a little less dot and def not as nice for 1v1s (just cuz spear rapier has zero spacing), but the overall dps on pve is just as good. My crits are around 7-8k and the dot from all abilities is about 2500.
@@ryangallegos3218 it's called Syncretic Bow. Farmed @Digsite Calamitous in Brimstone sands. It's just west of the settlement. There are 3 rares who have a chance to drop it. He made a video pretty sure there's a link as well it's very informative.
Good video. Can you please make a PvE builds video for m2 / m3 dungeons like rapier + bow / spear etc. I don't know how to maximize dmg in those dungeons
Im loving Finisher. Just need to work on armor and jewelry mainly. I cant decide for pve if spear or bow os more worth it. I def like the bow in PVP for range.
Debating on what the best extra perk to snag on the finisher is, currently leaning towards keenly jagged. Is there any reason to not go that? I run keenly jagged on my bow already, I'm not entirely sure if they overlap or dont work together.
that jagged interaction is wild, it almost looks like you're refreshing the duration of the bleed, can that really be right? could you stack it like a tondo bleed? that would be crazy As for the elemental vs opal, I really don't think it makes sense to do anything other than opal for a build with this many dots. It's way too much damage you're leaving on the table, that could be empowered by opal. Sure, against someone with a full thrust damage resist setup, you're gonna do like 5 - 10% less damage, but how often does that really happen? Also, keep in mind elemental aversion is still a thing, especially with all the firestaffs out there. So elemental gems are not safe to counters either.
Any chance you are updating the build anytime soon? Maybe comparison with other builds, what's best to run? I think you might have polished this build by the end of s3 and we never saw it :p + I never saw your last perk on finisher is it keenly empowered? Also you mentioned in other comment that you are holding off on shirking heals any news on that? Would you run it?

I never understood people’s logic on best in slot melee vs BIS range weapon. Now should not be hitting as hard as melee. Now gets to strike first and fast it also can kite. Melee can only do damage in melee.. nothing else. Melee should hit harder because you have to risk more getting in close or closing the gap. Where bow you can kill players before they even reach you a lot of times. Not to mention turn the tide of two other players melee brawling it out. There has to be five or take when your comparing range vs melee if both weapons did same damage range would be superior in every way but that’s not the topic of discussion.
I dont get it. I run pretty much this setup and cant get a single kill in PvP. Not only that I cant get their health down past 10% from full. Even with full bleed stacks and flourish and Finish.
@@ItzTermx Okay. Its because in the video you want to demonstrate the Finisher proc by casting poison arrow. But it missed, so u cast rain of arrows instead.

Hello I like your build but weapon matrix are too expensive and crafting is very hard to me if I buy weapon matrix 29K gold I need and I need 3 chromatic orbs for each 5 k gold, totaly I need 44 K gold it is little expensive for me
Is there a way to do this build without buying the new expansion? I don't wanna support an expansion that i think is pay to win compared to those who only buy the game, love youre vids btw
