I like the smaller starter house that you built. It feels more doable for newer players. The time lapse music was on point! I am excited to see what you will build with the cherry wood. Whenever I start a new world, my rule of thumb when it comes to organizing, is to always make a barrel and only place food in it, that way I know where and whats in that spot. (plus I try to make a cow crusher/breeder as soon as possible to never run out of food)

I agree with you 100% Wattles. My first objective in a new world is leather boots and mountain exploring for iron ore. As a result, my starter base is often near a mountain. And that will be even more now that Cherry Grove are in mountainous regions. I especially like Cherry Groves in front of a snowy mountain with Sunflowers in front of the Cherry Grove. So pretty.

Firstly, that cherry blossom mountain is so pretty, id love to see the base built there. secondly, since loot is not set per seed, maybe provide coordinates on-screen for when you find something rare?

Tried some seeds to see if I could find the word @wattles used. No luck yet, but the seed "dare" on bedrock spawned me close to a huge cherry blossom biome with a village inside it. Also a ruined portal right next to spawn. On he other side of the Cherry Grove, there's an outpost with a cage. There's Aldo a icy mountain next to it, and there's even snow on some of the cherry trees.

Good to see the new season.🎉 It's gonna be fire 🔥. I'ma guess the seed "dead".

I just did this same exact thing last night in minecraft and 1 mountain I got 7 stacks of iron and 5 stacks of coal blocks! You got this Wattles!!

Best day of the week! I love waking up to a new Guide video! Yay!

I dont know what the stats are for oceans but I have a way to find iron very easily in early game, basically once you get to stone tools and if you are close to an ocean, dont waste your time finding a stoney shore biome, instead craft 3 doors and go to the ocean, it’s a really easy way to get iron since everything around you is water, you dont have to worry about falling or going for hard to reach places. You also dont have to worry about your oxygen since there are plenty of magma around and you can just place a door down whenever you are low, you can also use it to mine faster since there is an air gap you can go in when you place door down. Just remember to bring extra. Also, just to add here, you dont need to find coal since you can basically have infinite fuel around you in the form of kelp, just cook them and turn them into blocks and you're good. Also, a bunch of shipwrecks. You dont really need to go for that long, 20 to 30 mins is a good time. In my run I got about a stack and a bit since I hit a few shipwrecks with tons of iron, not to mention the early armor you get from buried treasure. But i dont think it's as fun as surface mining since the only thing you will see is water. There aint no cherry blossom biome found in the ocean. But if you think the sacrifice is worth it, is up to you.

I did this in my new world… MASSIVE Cherry blAWESOME biom with Stoney peaks next door. Walked away with 2.5 stacks of iron and 6.5 stacks of coal. So easy. Thanks Wattles

I really like the smaller starter house. I, to this day, after playing this game since very early on, make a first night hidy hole because of Paul Soures Jr. Survive and thrive series. This series has always been my replacement for that series😃

Is the seed dude? 😂❤ and this starting out method is my fav, you can get a buttload of iron and coal in block form, and you can find some emeralds in the mountains too, and you can get to level 30 so quick

Hmmm Is the Seed "Dawn"? For the dawn of a new update? Either way, Minecraft is not usually the franchise with people wracking their brains over what the D. stands for. But unlike those often heated discussions, I feel everybody's more likely to make it out of here in One Piece.
