As someone who loves PvP in MMOs and just starting new world, this was such a gem to find. Such a good video. I have honestly avoided the spear the last few weeks, but this has me wanting to try it, lol. But that scorp farm 🙃 also, love the whole vibe here and your mogs are just great.
I've not been trying for too long, maybe 4 times now, so I am still waiting, haha. And yeees, a good mog makes all the difference. Can't damage, tank, or heal properly without one, lol. @@skynyrd3364
I dont mind giving the build but asking for a mans transmog is like asking for his wife:) lol im joking but I can get the mog stuff up in the next video also!
lol naw I dont have any and im not rolling any. It is so broken right now that it will 100% be nerfed. I am not wasting my time rolling it.@@naushadahmed9416
Very cool video, im starting the game and didnt find many information about the weapons, which ones are good for pvp and pve but after watching this video im definitely going with sword n shield + spear. btw your transmog is great, looks like a roman centurion.
I appreciate it! Honestly all the weapons are good. Base what you pick off your play style. I am a musket main but I enjoy every weapon. If you are a good player you can succeed with any weapon in the game!
@@skynyrd3364 Lets be realistic here. I would not say all weapons are good in pvp. You can make all weapons work but only if you are looking for a certain play style. What is always king is being able to dump damage quickly, reset constantly by running around or using abilities/range and healers. Then groups that can combo debuff people into death. I find you fight more gear then players in this game and wars or influence pushed end up being a lot of zerg fighting. So healers/high health and or being able to run away to reset is king.
I runs mall scale outnumbered and can say every weapon is good. if the player is good you can make them all work. I run hammer, axe, ss,spear, rapier, firestaff, musket or bow, hatchet. They all perform very well. There is only a couple that I didnt name and they are all great as well. Light armor paired with any weapon gives you the ability to fight outnumbered and move fast. Its all in the player.@@bobshanery5152
OK i gotta say this looks really fun. I am not super great at aiming musket, or fire staff, so maybe this one might easier for me to play than some of the others I have tried. Can't wait for the build guide.
Its the spear artifact only that does that. No other spear can. The boss spawns when it turns to night and it does not spawn again till the next night time cycle. Location is Ordeal of the Scorpion in north Brimstone.
@@skynyrd3364 I'm going to have to try this out. I actually have Scorpion's Sting. Can you suggest any perks for the S&S please? I'm looking forward to it. I am far, far less skilled, but this video is the exact kind of thing I would like to do. Does it perform in OPR where there is more clumps, or mostly a small skirmish standout? Thanks!
I love it in any fight, large scale open world and small scale, 3v3, opr. The only ss perk i use on gear is leaping strike. In my next vid ill add a screen shot of my build also. @@bizzigies
It would def work with musket, you could pull right into trap combo:) I run very low con with my musket so I stick with rapier for the burst and mobility but spear would work.
@@skynyrd3364 Fire staff is definitely in the same vein as scorp sting build but medium is not that strong now after the stamina dodge changes. Also I assumed you were running shirking heals in this build tbh haha
No I ham sure its going to be nerfed so I am not going to waste my daily crafts on shirking heals. There is no way they leave it busted like it is.@@perfectinsight2384
