Hello friends! In today's video I am playing with a new product from Wow! Embossing - they are called Wow! Changers and they create 3 different lightening effects on any embossing powder you have. The kit comes with this cute carrying case that contains the 3 changers: Texture, Sheen, Glisten and 3 empty charges to create your custom mixes.
