Love how atticus doesn’t bat an eyelid about period chats, he’ll be so understand of other females as he gets older. Have you tried to natural supplements to ease hormonal issues. Try magnesium. Omega 3, zinc, inositol and vitamin D. Hope you’re feeling ok soon xxx

ana trust me i was in same boat as you hadn't had a period since end of august and was so on edge. and it was also the longest i didnt have one for either so it ended up coming end of decemeber same as you an trust i felt the same way you did but thankfully it came at the end. the only thing is i have had scans but mine doesnt show pcos i just have a irregular cycle but what i have noticed the older i get the less regular they get.

If you think you have PMDD please keep pushing for medical attention for it. My best friend had PMDD, took her years to be taken seriously and it’s been over a year now since she took her life at 22 because of it. It can be so serious x
