Deepends on the beach currictuck will allow you to drive but no stopping for more than a few minutes without permit. Date and currituck require permits, national park beaches also require permit. So that 3 different jurisdictions up to 3 permits I think date and currituck will honor each others permit, but check first it can change every year. Park service doesn’t honor anyone else’s nor do they honor park service
