I'm sharing my year-end routine and how I tidy up our home after Christmas and cooking for our New Year celebration at home.

Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
Cookie base:
10 pcs oreo cookies
2 tbsp melted butter
Cheescake:
600g cream cheese, at toom temperature
60g sourcream, at room temperature
150g sugar
3 eggs, room temperature
1tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cup cream ( heavy cream, double or whippoing cream)
2 oreo cookies ( cut into pieces)
Base:
Melt butter. Add ground cookies and mix.
Put the mixture in the pan and bake it for 10 mins or refrigerate.
Cheesecake:
Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 175°C
Beat creamcheese until smooth. Add sourcream and mix.
Gradually add sugar till sugar dissolves.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and cream, stirring to incorporate.
Pour butter into the pan.
Scatter small pieces of oreo or crumbs on top.
Bake for 15 minutes, turn oven down to 300°F/ 150°C and bake for another 50 to 60 minutes.
Turn the oven off w/o opening the door, let the cheesecake inisde at least for an hour.
Take out and cool. Refrigerate for atleast 8-10 hours.
*I used the waterbath method for this cheescake recipe.
