Jb do you know the you can bake the cho cho?? In the skin cut it lengthwise, scrape some of the middle out cook up with seasonings stuff back the cho cho and bake till come--- when you stick with a fork to check fineness. Very delish--- vegetarian dish.
Jbud,in the UK,Cod fish is not salt fish in name. God fish is mainly fish in the North sea ,it is not salty at all. It is mainly the British number one meal with chips and green peas,cover with vinegar Salt fish in your island shares no comparison,what so ever . Hope one day ,you will be visiting my country ,the UK to sample this COD fish.
