I love the word simplify. My word for this year calm. I have some very big life stresses going on that are not in my control to be able to fix, yet each need to be dealt with in some way on a daily basis. So my word is calm. Calm of mind, calm of heart, calm home. Allowing myself to not feel guilty when I need a calm moment to myself. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and journey. Glad your children are feeling better. Hi Shanna. I was watching Rachel from Sweet and Simple Home's last video she posted about 9 months ago and thought perhaps I could ask you for any update on how she's been and if she is okay? She kind of disappeared and I know many of her subscribers would like to know if she is okay. Hope you can help with any update.

Hi! You are so sweet to ask about her! Rachel is doing great, just busy with life! I miss her here on RU-vid as well but can also completely understand how difficult it can be to balance all the things!
