@@robinmiller9985 These apartments are typically occupied by several roommates. 12,500 decided by 6 people is about 2K a month. This is because China owns most of Manhattan. All they care about is money. They don't give a $hit about American quality of living.
I would love to move to NYC but it's not disabled friendly. Just recently visited and there was no where to sit when it gets too painful to walk. But the culture is unbeatable!
This would cost about $2000/month max most places in the US. Some places even lower than that. Sure, NYC is great, but not and extra 10k/month great. I don't know how people seriously afford to live there. I know most of them living in closets (like seriously...closets) and shit, but no thanks on that too.
Thank for your feedback. I really appreciated it. We know NYC is expensive but it's still home for some us. We do have other options if you're interested.
Not just South Americans we full of different ethnic backgrounds! That's what makes us great. Thank you for your feedback, we do have other options if you find this apartment " crappy".
@@newyorkcityapartmenttours2024 No I would NEVER live in New York City because of all the violence and cime being caused by all the Latin American Illigals and then yo charge those exorbitant prices to be mugged, rapped, and murdered. NY city has 1980's problems at 2024 prices. A person would be a total idiot to rent an apartment in NY city in this current climate. The news stories show interviews of American New Yorkers who talk about how aweful it is; surplus of sqwatters, rapists, murderers, thieves and muggers. NY City has become the smelly dirty armpit of the US, again....just like in the 1980's 🤢
