I love watching your NYC Xmas vlogs! Protip: next time you're in NYC, try going to LES (Lower East Side), Brooklyn Heights and even Little Italy. I watched a lot of British bloggers do the same thing whilst they're in NYC . . . . it'd be refreshing to see someone break out of the box and experience NYC like how the locals would do.

We’ve done a city break before Orlando several times. Fly to New York/Boston/Chicago then internal flight to Orlando and home from Orlando. The cities are amazing in summer and the multi city flights are usually cheaper than a return flight direct to Orlando during school holidays. If you do NYC in summer I’d recommend staying in the upper west side or Chelsea. Great tips, was nodding along. Love seeing these videos from Brits. Locals have great tips but they miss some of the cultural nuance like how much of a novelty chains/movie locations/skyscrapers/enough ice to sink the Titanic in drinks 😂 are to us.

Statue of Liberty is best seen from a boat. Take Staten Island Ferry which is free. Going to Liberty Island takes too long on a short trip. Agree Central Park is a must. You can spend all day there. * Long Island Railroad (LIRR) from Jamaica to either Penn Station or Grand Central is a great hack to get to midtown. It’s slightly more expensive, but more civilized, faster, and cleaner. Take the NY Ferries to see more of the city from the water for cheaper than the tourist cruises. NY-ers use them for commuting. Staten Island Ferry is free, the other ferries are not. Have you been to the Museum of Broadway?
