Went to San Quentin in like 2014 was kinda like beyond scared straight except the inmates and CO’s didn’t get in your face and yell at u. Was a crazy experience meeting some of the inmates that volunteered for that program most were lifers.
We went there in 2019 and it’s crazy to think some of these guys in the video may have been the same people we met or saw that may still be there today. Nothing looks like it changed on the inside when we got a tour of the yard and workshop it looked so similar to this older video. Whatever yall do just avoid getting yourself into a situation you’ll end up wishing you never got into so you’ll never have to see for yourselves.
