Nortenos don't trip about race unlike Surenos from down south. It's Black and Brown unity in Northern California. I know a bunch of Nortenos that are Black. I also know Filipino Nortes, Vietnamese, Afghan, White.. any race. Nortenos are cool with the Blacks and "Others" (Asian/Pacific Islanders) in prison.
