New York Strip Steak cooked on a "Ninja Sizzle"

I just got mine and it is just a great appliance to have. I hate making steaks on the stove in the winter bc it stinks up the whole kitchen. The Sizzle contains it pretty well and we have done eggs, burgers, bacon, steak, chicken strips, scallops and pancakes. Very easy to clean and grease is pushed down to a “drain” so does not splatter.

I normally cook with the lid up. Not much splatter so far and cleaning is easy.
