Even though this episode was aired years ago, it's actually not that far-fetched. Last year, a woman was raped in front of people on the Pennsylvania subway. Everyone saw but no one did anything.

@@Ricanchitown I think it's called Bystander Syndrome - nobody does anything because they think/hope somebody else will. It's awful, but the scary thing is it happens all the time, with muggings, rapes, hate crimes, even child abductions

@@Erika-ox3tq Oh no it's definitely real. And please forgive a mistake in my earlier comment, it's actually called The Bystander Effect, not Bystander Syndrome. It was first named in 1964 when a young woman named Kitty Genovese was raped and murdered outside her apartment building in New York City. A New York Times article reported that 38 people saw or heard the attack but did nothing to help. This later turned out to be wrong as some of them (but only some) did try to call the police. Anyway, the point was made that in a group setting there is a diminished sense of responsibility on an individual level. A person is actually far more likely to take action if they are alone than if there are other people around because in that situation they know they are the only one who can help and it gives them an extra push to do the right thing.

He literally gets a victim pregnant by the end of the episode and says something creepy to her like “I knew something beautiful would come out of this when I did ya.” He would lift up their skirts/underwear and ejaculate on them and he got a woman pregnant. His 8th victim. She was in heavy denial and nearly about to give birth, it was sad.
