As I live in London I thought I’d just pop by and let you know that the weather here at the moment is a little unusual for August, typically only 20-22oC and very rainy. Just in case this helps with your packing a little. 💕

I liked the first two Pronovius gowns. The simplicity and beautiful tailoring and construction were very, very becoming on you. Hope you remember to carry a lightweight sweater to cover your arms in the churches in Europe, and dresses that cover your knees (without slits) for the same reason. Sometimes museums have the same rules about covering up, and they don’t let you in if you can’t meet the dress code. We’ve learned to have things we purchase on our travels mailed home to us by the merchant - no worries about breakage or overweight luggage fees. When my son was in Germany on business last year he bought me a beautiful (and intricate, and large) music box, and had it shipped directly to me. It arrived in perfect shape, saved him a ton in extra luggage fees and postage (he would have had to buy a suitcase to bring it home, and then still ship it to me from where he lives), and it was a lovely surprise. Hope you have a great girls’ trip!

The weather in the UK has been dreadful since the end of June, rain, rain and more rain! London is warmish though around 20oC. So if I was you I’d bring a light weight Mac and maybe some good leather walking shoes/trainers and a sweater! Have a great trip!!

It will be lovely to see you visiting here in London. The weather is currently so awful, not very warm and very, very wet! London is a great city even better and more beautiful in the sunshine but our Summer is so terrible right now. 🙈😫 Regardless of the bad weather I'm sure you will enjoy it here in the city.

Taylor, thank you for your lovely tour de New York as always! I know that sounds like a minimization of what you do, but I always think of it as a tour de New York because it's real - your perspective is so refreshing and open, and it's clear that you love your city and always have your eyes open to new things there, no matter what is going on in your day-to-day (probably especially exciting with wedding prep, which we certainly don't mind!). I know you are always so helpful with sharing links and such, so I hate to bug you to ask you about one other thing, but would you consider sharing info about the white embroidered dress you're wearing when you're giving us the pink couch update on your chosen dress? It looks like linen or cotton, and has some floral embroidery on the sleeve and I just looooove it haha....I must try to find it if I can (looking for more and more light breezy dresses for this heat!!).

Your luggage is so pretty! I have Monos (Terrazzo limited edition). I knew they would get dirty, but I'm way too lazy to do anything about it 😹. The important thing is I can identify mine right away when it comes off the baggage carousel. ❤

Some dumb dumb always leaves negative comments like that re: your job. People have been FIRED for oversharing information about their employers or projects. Or have had disturbed folks try to dox them. You don’t owe anyone any information beyond what you feel comfortable sharing. You’re smart to set boundaries.

You are so lucky and I'm sure you are grateful to have a job that has so much flexibility. I was a critical care nurse, and I cannot imagine just walking out and going to have a croissant or go run an errand during my shift. Just not possible, my patients would die😂

You never showed when they had all the smoke and there was a tremendous storm in new York this weekend...where is that?So lucky..just before a big expensive wedding you can go on a European vacation too.I dont think you look good in red lipstick....just my opinion.Are these vids weeks behind?
