Haircuts are no longer a subject that interests me these days, but it's difficult to abandon a video of manual work, made by a handsome man, with beautiful hands, a handsome face. pleasant voice and a clear knowledge of what he does, this is like a cerebral orgasm, you can't leave the video.

After watching this video, I'm getting the impression that Pat doesn't fully realize what an absolutely marvelous haircut Dan was able to execute for him; especially given the fact that Pat didn't provide Dan with a great deal of input as to the hairstyle he desires. Got the vibe that Dan had to really 'pull teeth' to extract information from Pat, which is just another testament to Dan's talent, outside of just his technical cutting skills. Dan realizes the importance of him having a crystal clear understanding of what the client wants.

I'm not even a barber, but I've been cutting my own hair for many years now and the hair of family members, and I've learned so much from Dan. I can only imagine how much it has improved some peoples careers just watching your videos and implementing the tips you give. So for that I want to thank you. I myself have used this technique so much, and it makes a big difference and once you get the hang of it you won't lose yourself in the haircut.

Dan’s such a great communicator, and it’s even more impressive with a client who was so tight lipped or unsure about what he wanted. I feel like in this case it was mainly just a bit of that bro masc discomfort in being focused on by a guy, combined with just being a younger client from overseas. At first I thought he was really resident, but it seemed like just the habitual walls of masculinity were up. So yeah, very impressed yet agin by Dan’s ability to use his great communication skills and relaxed no-hangups interpersonal style to get another perfect result the client loved.

I’m often surprised by how unanimated the clients appear to be in the presence of a genius. Maybe they’re stunned speechless.

The amount of sadness I get from these haircut videos because I know no barber in my area will ever come to doing a haircut that’s half as close to this is unbearable. No matter how many times you tell them or show them how you want your hair to be.

Imagine that, a barber/stylist who knows how to give real haircuts that don't rely mainly on clippers!! Seems like all we see nowadays are barbers using clippers and giving tight fades. I personally hate that look but understand that it's what is "in" right now. But basically all young men end up with the same haircut!

Vast improvement! It's tough when you're young to let go of your kid haircut because that is the you of your youth. However if you don't you may miss seeing the man you have become. A mop top curly kid is an 'awww, cute' type of look, but after a few years a new, mature, character filled you has emerged and frankly looks better with a haircut better sculpted.

Recently with great sadness I discovered from my husband's mom that she heard that my daughter has two dobermans and since last month the male bit her four occasions when she was eating, we can't visit to eat with my daughter as each time she is preparing food but especially eating the dog becomes very quiet and watches her whilst growling. When she tries to tell him off to leave the table area he has bitten her. I think she needs to get a professional help by training. This has caused issues because my daughter invited us for lunch but we had to refuse but we can't let her know that my husbands mom divulged about the doberman and the biting events. My mother in law told me not to repeat what she told me as she would telephone to report the dog to the authorities. Please help!!
