You need to have English skills as most employers require it. Also all employment contracts are written English. Be aware of work in the building trades as some businesses have not fully employed their immigrant workers. Do not pay anybody for a job as if this is discovered you will most likely to be deported. Try and work with a New Zealand based immigration firm, who can also be lawyers or hold immigration licenses.

I am not an Immigration consultant licensed thru Government. Try SEEK website and NZ Government Immigration website. The job offer has to come first. Or come for a holiday to see if New Zealand is the country for you. There should be a professional organization for your career that can certify your requirements for employment in NZ.

Whoever is writing a resume/CV or cover letter for you, make sure the person follows the New Zealanders format. Here in New Zealand, a bad structured CV can deny you a great opportunity. Make some research on how to write CV and cover letter. I wrote mine myself after thoroughly watching and browsing how to do that. Though it's a very stressful work indeed
