Our next stop was the town of Wanaka, where the small and cozy Cinema Paradiso was screening some of the movies that had been filmed here in New Zealand.
On this night, it was Narnia, the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.
The next day we were off with Cantebury Sightseeing Tours to venture to the tortured rocks and dramatic valleys of Flock Hill. It was here, high in the Southern Alps that Kiwi movie director Andrew Adamson created the scenes for the great battle for Narnia.
