You are absolutely right! It strikes me that a lot of ARMY (myself included) don't listen to K-pop. I tried, but except for individual songs, I didn't like anything. On the other hand, the depth of BTS' art attracts more and more mature fans...
Baepsae without DKDKTV BAEPSAE EXPLAINED is like seeing the tip of an iceberg and thinking thats it. So having someone who could explain it a bit is better than most reactors.
South Korean artists could easily be blackballed for doing something like this at that time. Other acts toed the line to make sure that they didn't do anything to rock the boat. But Bang Si Hyuk let BTS rock the boat as hard as they dared
well BTS did get lot of pushback in the domestic market itself for the social commentary in their songs. it would be great if you could watch stage mix of this song's live performance along with their songs like "Am i wrong" , "Spine Breaker" etc
Jin was one of the weakest dancers but he improved a lot throughout. Remember that he was recruited to train for the band because of his looks. He learned to sing and dance in his trainee years. He was and still is very hardworking to sharpen his skills in everything he does. He also shines while doing his military service. Got promoted up the ranks again and again. Can't wait for him to come back soon~!! 🥰💜💜💜
i am going through your reactions - i have never had so much fun, laughter - in such a long time - that boy is so stiff he cant dance, you so right....I rellay enjoy your reactions - love your for reacting and getting to know the boys💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Baepsae means crow-tit in Korean. There is also a common idiom: “The crow-tit will break it's legs trying to walk like a stork” It is used to refer to people who ruin themselves by trying to imitate people who are better than them. Other translations: Try hard/ Silver spoonSilver Spoon, also known by Baepsae, is about the societal differences between people born rich or born poor and how hard it is to be successful if you were born on the more poor side
BTS will usually do a fun version of a dance practice (this being one of them). In this case, Suga lost so in the solo part he did his dance 😀. The song is referring to people in power, big companies and older generation. You might want to check out the explanation of the Silver Spoon (Baepsae) song by DKDKTV.
Well, you got me as a subscriber. Your words are an Army's. Borahae! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Oh! I'm 66. The quality of their songs (rhythm, diversity of ranges, own structure and, mainly, lyrics) hooked me four years ago.
Excellent explanation of this song. You should show them the other songs that are explained by a Korean. A few others are much easier to understand once the cultural references are explained. I found them very interesting and helpful. Borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Judging from their past reactions, I don't think they really like the older, more rap focused songs that much. But, I could be wrong🤷♀️. Maybe they should also try the more vocal line centred, slower songs and see if they will like those.
@@ellesongs891 I know, that's why I was wondering based on the depth of the content if that changed anything for them. In general I think the Royal guy doesn't vibe with any of their older stuff at all.
Would love to see what you think about the single Come Back To Me by RM which is recently out ! His second studio album Right Place Wrong Person is coming on 05.24!
You'll have to read about what is a Beapsae.. and it have nothing to do with a spoon.... They mix a lot of their culture into their music so if there something you found confusing stop and look the meaning because it have a different meaning for them ok? Korean culture is different. Remember that while listening BTS music everything have a meaning its not causality. Borahae.
“ HYUNG” is not Japanese 😂😂😂😂Lol it’s Korean. Every South Asian Culture has terms which they use to Refer different person with Relation with them. Like Dad & Mom & Uncle, Aunt that’s it in western culture. You call everyone else with names isn’t it ? That’s not how it’s in ours. But we have Terms we use for elder sister, brother, Friend, Mom’s & Dad’s Siblings have different terms we refer to. And it defers if the siblings are make & female, elder or younger siblings. All have different terms. Grandparents also have different terms from mother’s & Father’s side. So JK calling his elders with “ HYUNG” at the end of the names is just Common sense and giving respect. Part of Culture 😂not forced thing. If you call an elder with name it is disrespectful.
He wasn’t saying hyung is Japanese. While he was talking the guy in the green shirt top left was talking at the same time and said a word starting with “s” I can’t make out the rest of it cuz they were both talking at the same time. So the guy in the cap was saying JK has to call the other members hyung the guy in the green shirt said something too. So the guy with the cap was telling the guy in the green shirt whatever word he said was Japanese.
they’re black. they can say it if they want. unless you’re black, don’t try to tell them about a slur that was used against them for decades; a word they reclaimed. it’s not your business and has nothing to do with you. you don’t like it? unsubscribe.
What's with the guy in the black hat?? If he doesn't want to be here, then please leave. It is just plain annoying to watch him so disinterested and indifferent to the reaction!!
yeah i got the same vibe. bro seems snobbish and self centered. they should keep him out the reactions if he’s gonna bring nothing but negative energy. ARMYS don’t wanna see that bullshit associated with the tannies 🙄
