The August bank holiday weekend saw Newby Hall in Yorkshire hold a steam gala event where 2 visiting locos ran alongside resident Royal Scot 6100.
The two visiting locos, Atlantic 4-4-2 1908 "Ernest Henry Upton" based at Eastleigh Lakeside Steam Railway & Neil Simkins' fantastic Great Central Railway 8k freight locomotive 102 completed 3 full running days over the Newby Hall circuit.
This footage is taken on the bank holiday Monday & unfortunately due to battery issues with the GoPro, the footage isn't as substantial as I would have liked but it shows the circuit that Newby Hall has.
A great weekend was had at a fantastic railway with some very nice people who liked after us brilliantly!
