Good managers tailor their handling of players according to personality some need a hug and some need a kick. I think Cresswell took a bit of Farkes wrath for what his dad did which was unfair and it was not as if we didn't need him towards the end of the season. I wouldn't say Farke is a bully, just vindictive

Nope, if you think you're going to be a pro footballer and not receive critics you're out of your mind, weak and unrealistic. The only way to handle criticism correct is to take it on board, work hard and do better. Any other response just shows how weak you are mentally and that you're probably not cut out for it. It sounds harsh but it's a fact, i could reel of dozens of young wonderkids who never made it because they had a bad attitude,

I get teh feeling they are sorting out the returnees and outgoing fisrt b4 making decisions on new incoming- worry is they decide the returnee is enough. NO! PB is not enough omg please we are Way past that surely.

🤣 6:28 We understand the club being tight lipped over transfers and I agree 100% that a lack of communication is fuelling the paranoia, it's certainly not a positive in my view of the ownership and I was one of the most positive supporters last season. It's not just the translation and interpretation of German, let us not forget American English is not English either. ✌

The issue with young players not being able to take criticism in public is explained pretty simply, a footballer won't ever be immune to criticism. If you believe a footballer can go through all of his life and not be criticised by coaches, journalists, pundits other players etc then you live in lala land. A player who can handle it will become a better player and a better person, one who cries about it or get's down is just weak mentally i'm afraid and world level football isn't for them. And of course a child and a man aren't the same.

Joe, Newcastle wouldn't make sense for Summerville, they already have 2 starting left sided forwards and Joelinton who is great when played there as well. They need a left footed right sided forward if Almiron goes.

Never been impressed with Jebbison I live in Sheffield and have plenty of mates who support sheff united and none of them rave about Jebbison and when I’ve ever watched him I can’t say he’s done much would be a strange loan for us to make.
