From about 1990 to 2002 the property prices in Newcastle hardly moved upside , I could have brought a large 4 bedroom brick home in a good location in 1998 for only $110,00 and in 2001 , there was a timber terrace house for sale in Islington for only $42,000 . About 20 years ago and further back Islington had a very bad reputation and house prices there were very low yet just across the railway line is Hamilton a suburb which is more upmarket and demand for houses there have always been very strong . . There is a rule in real estate , if one suburb is getting overpriced , always look at the joining suburb where prices are lower because in time prices will catch up with the more expensive suburbs .
Catho, caves beach, Swansea, blacksmiths, pelican, redhead, Dudley, merewether, all close to the coast with the easterly breeze 10 degrees cooler than everywhere else and quiet, warners bay is a sweat box. There or nowhere.
Hello! I do appreciate these clips. can you tell me Which location is close to university of Newcastle, the NU space business school, with cheap cost of living and job availability for students . Thanks
Great work! Your content is definitely valuable, unlike the majority of click bait on offer. Suggestion: gather more footage and present the images according to the voiceover. Timing is appealing.(For example: when mentioning a specific icon/venue, make sure to feature/display it in the slideshow) All the best.
Waratah always had the bad reputation, these days it’s become mostly gentrified and prices have shot up, there are a few public housing spots but overall development in places like prince street has exploded in the last few years
You can chose just about any Suburb except those mentioned in the places to avoid video. Ill do a best value Vid and throw it up. Inner city - Islington, Suburbs - Cardiff, Charlestown, Hillsborough all good value and 10-15 mins from city.
