I genuinely got emotional when Willock scores and runs off slapping his chest. This is the passion we’d been missing for so long. That photo of them all celebrating and Bruno screaming at the Gallowgate. It means so much to all of them. So proud of the lads.
As a Liverpool fan no other coach can get manager of the year other than eddie how what a transformation and he didn't throw money at it fairplay to him the fans deserve big credit that stadium is alive again such a hard place to go now again
Except arteta Newcastle and arsenal with Brighton have surprised a lot of teams this year shoot even fulham had a great start shyt Brentford tired with Brighton like damn the 3rd-5th spot looks really tight
So this is how we lost, huh? This match seems to have gone as it should've. Geez Isak is low key killing it. He didn't score, but him and Saint were just electrifying to watch. "Well played" from a United fan.
I’m a Man U fan and I really enjoy watching the relentless attacks from Newcastle..it showed the determination and the hunger. Well done Newcastle! U have my humble respect.
I probably would have swapped this performance and win for the final and taken the loss here. Gutted we were so poor in the final... but if we finish top 4 by like a single point... then, I'd probably take this
From start to finish this is one of the better performances of the season. What a message they just sent to Man United and Tottenham. Up the Toon from New Zealand
I'm a full on Liverpool fan but the way you have turned around your previous stream is astonishing and it pains me to see you play such amazing football.
I don't know why but I want Eddie Howe to become the Sir Alex for Newcastle and have a long stay where he wins everything in the game for them. I mean I'm a Leeds fan so I shouldn't even be this invested but Howe just seems like the right guy for Newcastle.
Isak is reminding me of Kane with his ability to drop deep, pass, and create as well as lead the line. On a side note, having Wilson come on and score and looking so sharp in general is a massive bonus. Hopefully it's a sign that the two week international break has allowed Wilson to recharge, get over any injury or sickness he had, and get back to his best. Having both Isak and Wilson fit and on form could prove invaluable to our hunt for a top four place.
An advanced team and a great performance, and the most beautiful thing is the fans. As a Saudi, I am proud of this club and I have great hope that I will see it one day lift the English Premier League Cup and also the Champions League. There is nothing impossible and the dream will become a reality 🤍🇸🇦🖤
Couldn’t ask for a better owner who gets our fans and geordies, all we want is a team that fights again and try’s to score goals, something we lacked in the long 14 yrs of Ashley he killed us as fans and took our great club away good Ridence
I've got to get up for work at 6:30am tomorrow, but I know I won't sleep as I'm buzzing too much. Sleeping is going to be impossible for at least another few hours. Gonna be watching this video a few times, and a few times more. We were absolute class. HWTL!!!!
back in the 90s this was common, beating MANU, 20 years I am waiting for the Giant to rise again!!! We can only get better, next year we will continue the tradition to fight for the title itself :)
Even though I am a dyed-in-the-wool Arsenal supporter I have a soft spot in my heart for Newcastle having grown up in the other one down under. Always a pleasure to see Man United lose and Newcastle fully deserved the three points
I'm an evertonian through and through but have to say I love watching Newcastle play. You have a great team, manager and fans. All the best and keep it up. 👍👌
The player that impresses me every week now is Isak his skill and link up play is getting better and better if he's not scoring he's getting people into the danger area where goals come from (and we are scoring them). Eddie Howe has turned St James' Park into a fortress. Since Eddie took over 8th Nov 2021 he's only lost 3 in the prem at home Man City and Liverpool 2021/22 season and Liverpool this season.
As a liverpool fan, the toon just saved my weekend, i can go into work on monday happy, well done newcastle playing some great football at the moment, its great for the profile of the premier league with the overall competitiveness of the league
@@Haribo-om1wn 7 up parade is going well. something your loone toon club never acomplish hahaha. we congratulated liverpool for winning the manchester utd cup. funny how in defeat from another team we still live rent free in your head. thats called top club status.
The Maxi bursts, the Longstaff long shots, the Murphy sprints down the right. i want to see more off that! we should have been 3-0 up at half time. What a team performance! unreal from back to front.
@@adewalejames2967 bro im a gooner but i cant say Newcastle gonna let arsenal go easily especially at home this May. They even managed to hold us to draw at Emirates
@@BritishEggz True, he is quick for his height but against quicker winger like Antony, it shows he wasn't very comfortable. He has to improve in crossing I think.. But he always contributed well in every set pieces
Even by excluding the very close shots from distance by Longstaff and Schar, it really should have been 5 - nil. De Gea saved their blushes. Extraordinary performance.
I’m a Liverpool fan. But above all I’m a fan of great football. Well done the Magpies. Exciting football for 90+ minutes every game. I know Man City are a great team but they bore me senseless. Just as Liverpool with Salah, Sadio and Bobby were mesmerising, this Newcastle team is brilliant to watch. Geordies deserve it. YNWA
now, under eddie howe, we don't just have a team that tries... we have a team that are super talented, & tries... that is a very powerful combination... & we are marching all the way to champions league qualification... & beyond... HOWAY THE LADS.
1st picture in this video is Trip's coming out to the pressure of this game with a huge smile. It shows what we are about, a leader who loves the big games and wants them and turns up with multiple things needed skill class heart determination hare work. Well done, this seasons been amazing whatever happens from here, proud to be back competing and showing heart. We fucking smashed them too
Coming back to this video after seeing the trailer for the Amazon Prime documentary where we see what Eddie said to the boys in the changing room before this game. He quotes Ten Hags words of saying "...They're an annoying team to play against... it's up to us to get the speed in the game" then Eddie tells the lads "If they want a quick game coming HERE... LET'S FUCKING GIVE IT TO THEM, let's blow them away with our running, let's be intense in every action we do, let's make it a quick game, LET'S GO!!!" What a speech, what a way to use an opponent manager's words against him to rile up the Newcastle players. No wonder they were flying into every tackle. They wanted to prove Ten Hag wrong. They wanted to show that if you want to come to St James' and get something these days you need to be faster and more intense than us. That's not easy with 52,000 Geordies screaming the team on. No wonder the lads were flying into every tackle, chasing every ball, closing down every player and not giving a man united player a moment's peace on the ball. Suburb managing and an amazing performance from the lads. They did everything Eddie asked of them. Eddie Howe's black and white army!!
I love my club. This past 18 months has been the stuff of dreams. We're going to look back at this period as some of the best in our history. Such a special and exciting time to be a Geordie. Long may it continue
Also loved willock and Isaks emotion in the game, you could see how much the goal and win meant to them isak has taken us to next level in attack and great to see Wilson get his goal
Watch tripper celebrate in the replay before the goal has gone in. He knows its a good ball and knows what Wilson will do. What confidence from the training ground. 😂
Phenomenal game! Well done lads. Wish I could shake all your hands! 3rd in table! Howay the lads! Eddie Howe, you sir are a legend thank you for turning our club around.
ASM has a lot of stepovers, flicks and tricks but to me, Alexander Isak is the most skillful player in this current team. Look at his touches and the simply beautiful way he handles the ball. Everything he does just oozes class and sublime technique ....
I love how Isak got away from four red shirts surrounding him with good control pass the ball and from thereon it was a head volleyball and to the net.
