I apologize for any confusion or misinformation. Safeway shopping plaza has addresses associated with Bellevue 98006 and Newcastle 98059. Safeway has two Google map listings one referencing Newcastle and the second one Bellevue. I do live in New Castle and I consider it Newcastle but it is often represented as both.
