Love it! Nice to see a coach without that wayyyy overused , copycat, swirl, lines, exterior paint job, all Class A's use, a solid color looks amazing, ( at least mostly solid, lines barely visible ). Thanks for posting.

I’m a big fan of clean simple lines. Flat front cabinets. More contemporary interior and gorgeous exterior. All very appealing.

I can't believe this is already up for sale. I have this episode downloaded to my iPad so I can watch it when I am in the air and have always loved it. It is crazy to me that a "dream coach" they spent years waiting for and designing is so quickly turned over. Agree on the paint, love the subtle class.

I remember the interview you done with the owners last year hope they are both ok. They both said they used it for most of the year to visit family so very surprised to see it for sale and definitely said it would last them for years. It’s definitely a beautiful couch.

I NEVER get tired of watching Andrew's wonderful videos. This coach is def one of my faves. A plot of land by a lake, hookups for water, sewer and electricity and I'd be a happy man in that coach for the rest of my life;

I wish Newell made it easier to access the bays. You make it look easy but anyone with a back problem would have a tough time.

This has been my Dream Coach ever since I saw the tour with the previous owners! Love it!

Andrew, love your vids. I watch all of them. If I was to give you a small bit of feedback it would be, shoot the outside of the coach, then immediately do an inside tour first, followed by an exterior bays and engine tour. Im most interested in seeing what it looks like inside and most of the time skip ahead in the video to that part.

It’s beautiful. I love the light interior but for me it would have to have a little more color accented throughout the coach. I certainly don’t have 2 million dollars that’s for sure.

That looks like it should be called a rolling driver’s island, or a cab island. I like that so much!

Love the exterior. Interior a little to feminine to me but wouldn't be a deal breaker. Just needed some contrast accents etc. Overall a beautiful rig.

That bathroom is definitely mind blowing as ifyou’re inside a hotel bathroom, Now imagine you living in such luxury RV and you need a taxi driver to bring you to another destination,then you no longer have to tell that taxidriver to bring you to a hotel or back home because you luxury RV is both your hotel & home,and during the driving you can just do your stuff like shaving your self or wearing different clithes etc,,,😁👍

Nice coach but one year old used with miles on it that depreciated $500,000 from a new one. What will the depreciation be next year? You know that Brad gave less than 2M. Could be just a quick flip due to avail of new builds…

Indeed they got down but the master thous is big enuff to do a pull up tv probably 50 inch so beautiful i love it if i ever get one would be like this one but extra sleepy space for family as I would use to for vacations

They sure didn’t keep this RV very long. Do you know if they had another 2023 Newell Coach in the process or are they waiting on a new one that’s being built and I was just curious what made them sell so quick because they seemed to out a lot of heart & soul into every part of this RV. Are they staying with Newell Coach can you give us any hints ??? Will we be seeing a new video of them in a 2023 Newell ??? They were one of my favorite interviews you have ever done. I really enjoyed watching you interview this coach & owners.

These luxury coaches are for the wealthy. It’s not just the purchase price. They require expensive upkeep. They sure are great to look at.

Another beautiful Coach, A bit too white inside and living in Texas the black exterior would not be my choice.

My 2008 Thor Windsport, which is a low end not well built class A, has a way nicer layout. It doesnt compare at all to what this coach is, but the layout is far superior. If Newell were to produce something with interior layouts more like mine then i think theyd be more attractive.

I'll bet they ended up HATING no switches to lights and such. Going to a phone or even a panel to turn things on from one or two areas would make me scream every time! We have a 2020 Newmar King Aire and we have both blue light switches and two main panels plus Rozie to turn stuff on and off.

Andrew greetings from South Africa. 3 questions How do you introduce fresh air? Can the windows open? Does the kitchen have extraction? Does the dryer have vents to outside?( fluff and hot air)

Its ok more seating/ sleeping. If I am out mudding, beach and hiking all dirty leather seats better (no tan). Interior could be better designed.

Overall it's gorgeous but it's so shockingly BRIGHT inside I'd have to wear shades.

My youtube suggested videos portray a bleak future for the US economy. Many of the videos discuss the bleak outlook for the US and global economy, the doom of the Ukraine war, the value of preparing for armageddon, and the death spiral of society in general. Then up pops Andrew pumping 1-2 million dollar coaches that are apparently an excellent deal. It appears a small subset of Americans are doing great. The rest of us not so much. I do enjoy the vids though. I consider myself well off but would not consider even buying a new vehicle right now much less a luxury coach. To venture a guess, I would not feel comfortable spending 1 million on anything unless my net worth was at least 20 million. Lots of wealth in this country. It is just not spread out very much.

Exterior paint looks ok but the interior color does not go with it, it should have been light darker color like grayish silver with a little bit of white. But you should have shown the inside with the slides in so we could see how tight it is inside while driving.

What was the original Price of this coach ?? What features were added?? If any? Any updates ? How many miles ??? Would it be too expensive to change out that tile ( is that tile Greyish or Tan brown color I cannot tell on the video?) if I wanted this coach and I didn’t want to wait for the 2 year waiting period? Andrew, do you have any knowledge what the cost to replace the entire floor tiles??? Not rear bath just the 1/2 bath and the main floor. I wanted the grey tiles that was in the rear bath I think grey tile would have been way nicer in the entire coach also would it be too expensive to put a 4K projector up front and get rid of that Telavator ?? My entire thing about these coaches is the rear showers. I need a big shower with a real tiled seat in the back. So I would have to get rid of the rear closet space. So that I can have a real steam shower. That’s a lot to re do and the cost would probably be maybe I’m guessing $200k to change out the entire floor and do everything I want to do. Maybe more like $300k to re do that. Not sure it would be worth doing!! Andrew can you let me know if my ball park figure is close or do I need to think about waiting for a new one? I was wanting to get this coach because I live the solid color look on the outside. And I love the white on the inside I just hate the brown tan tiles they put in the coach. The rear bath had grey tiles and I like grey. So am I looking at more than $300k to remove the rear closets & re build a full size steam shower like 40x60 Steam Shower? Am I looking at $300k-$500k just to re do these few things ??? I would need that shower to be extended all the way to the back of the coach and remove that rear left closet. Then I would want the bidet moved to the right rear closet !!! I’m not sure why people go for these small showers. Taller bigger guys need a long & wide full size residential size steam shower. Am I looking at $500k or more? Can you give me any ballpark figures doesnt gave to be exact just a rough guess!!! Thanks 2year wait is crazy. They need to build another Newell Coach Factory.

It always stricks me odd that someone waits 2 years to get one of these coaches , uses it for 2 ,3 maybe 4 weeks and then sells a year later at a $500,000. LOSS. One would think a Half Million dollars would buy a much better vacation than a few weeks in this bus, let alone the $100 + a nite to park it somewhere and $1.00/ mile to drive it there. BUT THIS IS ONE BEAUTIFUL COACH

Its beautiful, but there's no way I want to be in a dark coach in the summer.

I always wonder why someone would spend so much money and time planning a custom coach, only to sell it a year later.

Newell needs to have more varying interior layouts. Every coach is essentially the same, its like there are four of the same sections and you choose where you want them placed. It comes across way too sterile and there are coaches with way nicer layouts that are very practical a d much nicer looking. Newell has been usjng the same layouts for way too long
