The Villages Florida is a large community with many Villages so I drove around in my golf cart visiting a number of Villages. So I have decided to make it a series starting with recently finished driving around the villages of Newell and Lake Denham. Many of my video channel comments stated they would like to see more villages even if they are a little long.
Next up will be Dabney and the Enclave Part II then,
Moultrie Creek and areas around Eastport Part III.

I would recommend going down Tucson trail. It is a wonderfully secluded circle nestled in a preserve with walking trails.

Great tour! Coming in august for the lifestyle visit, can’t wait. If possible a tour of large garage houses would be appreciated. Car collector looking for a big garage. Thanks 👍🏻

Hey Gary - thanks for the ride along video!! If you find the time, maybe a future video on noise levels north of the TP (I.e. St Catherine, Citrus Grove, Cason Hammock) vs. new southern communities I.e. McNeil Drive, Edenfield, etc.)?? Free decibel meters available for iPhone/Android. Thanks!!! 😊

I'm a little late to the party but thank you for the lovely ride along. Especially thankful for showing us the map and pointing out where you're going. A little context goes a long way. So many RU-vidrs will just show the scenery without a map for reference and you can't tell where you are! So many of those new area look the same at the moment. We bought north of 466, so this area isn't familiar. I would love for you to do a ride along to show that new bridge that just opened, but with your handy dandy maps, so I can figure out where it actually is! Thank you again!

Wonderful video. The scenery is beautiful your camera takes great video. Cool music too. It really helps to see what it's like down there at TV.

Thank you so much for the video Gary! I'm excited to see Part 2....I'm interested in a few homes in the Dabney area...One on Lamington Lane and the other on Lake Creek Circle. I hope to be coming down in the next month or 2 to look at homes with my husband, just finalizing our sale on our commercial property.

Nice tour! You went by my house :) This was right before they worked on our street to take care of a drainage issue. That is why you saw an excavator sitting on Schroeder Cir. Thanks for sharing!!

Looks like a nice area. The driveways seem to be short. Is that normal in TV or in that area?

For the most part they are short unless the lot is larger. I know my driveway is only about 25’ which is short.
