You are very good at what your doing but the problem with mine is that the motor starts but the balls are not going in the head and not injecting out and seems hesitating and sound of the motor is slow so do you have a solution for my 2055. Thanks in advance.
Hi, I need help with my Newby pong 2050 I think it’s the wheel that’s broken the ping pong balls won’t move and it just stay in one position even if we turn it on. It’s on the bottom of the ping pong robot and it rotates but this morning I used the robot it was fine but after I came back it, it was broken, it was rotating in another direction and the ping pong balls won’t move because it’s rotating another direction. I don’t really know what to do ?
Hi, i have problem with 2040, the machine working but the ball spin is not consistent, it feels like some time its top and side, i know because the way the ball bouncing is different, it become hard to predict. Do you have any suggestion whats the problem? Thanks before
