Just move ur feet fast to the rhythm and go down with ur body on the two beats. Try moving your feet first and get used to that and then try using ur hands and full body. Be patient cause it’s not easy if you aren’t used to dancing or used to fast choreos.
You can focus on shuffling you toes instead; not your heels. But you have to make sure your heels are not far from the ground so it doesn't look it. Hope this helped you and anyone else!! ☺😀
