NewJeans brought me to Kpop, and the first time I ever watched a reaction video for any song ever, it was right here on this channel. I was like: Wait... other brothers listen to Kpop?" Lol. I love this song. These girls have really been going through it, and a lot of lesser reaction channels have decided to hate on them, so I really appreciate you guys for continuing to cover them
They changed the lyrics on some of the verses too for part 2 if you listen to Part 1 after Part 2 you can hear some differences. I guess to go along with the story with them being supernatural beings.
I'm sold. Apparently, Minji co-wrote the song same as she did with Ditto. From now on, If I see Minji wrote it without a doubt I'm already knowing it's a certified banger.
It's not super clear to me but I think the mv was addressing the issues NJ is facing with HYBE rn and how much NewJeans is judged for their different sound in Kpop. They mention how people are coming at them for being different and needing to stick together.
