Does it have an elevator? How would you get around in there if you broke your leg, or if you’re invited a disabled person over? Other than that, it’s lovely. The decor is pretty timeless.
I toured this home. Really breathtaking but ... for a $7m house I thought the fake fireplaces were pathetic. There's also not much storage and the media room needs work. The rooftop deck is unfinished. I see they've dropped the price again. It's been on the market for 18 months.
Its too safe of a theme. Everything is white, with slight whitish-pastel colors mixed in with just black furnishing and accents. Sure looks luxurious, but lacks personality. Its a great photo backdrop, but lacks any connection to anything but a status aesthetic.
Everyone said Chicago was the next detroit. Well they were right! Even places that were once safe are now dangerous and residents and businsses are all moving out of downtown, gold coast and Lincoln Park, Wickerf Park, etc. Endless daily violence and now endless riots has made even the once safe areas tough to live in sadly
