In collaboration with the doctors of UCSF Medical Center, The Bili Project Foundation video series provides information for those who are newly diagnosed and need further information on how to navigate clinical trials.
The Bili Project is a Hepatobiliary Cancer Awareness and Research Program. It's mission is to reduce the incidence and improve the outcomes of Hepatobiliary cancers by promoting research to identify biomarkers and therapeutic targets.

My cancer was noted as gall bladder cancer , but was in the Aisle of Vater / bile duct ( extremely rare ) neurodocrine : carcinoid . It has affected my pancreas and blood sugar My gall bladder was removed 13 years ago and was not part of the surgery I had , but it is still Gall Bladder cancer in my file

horrible! my friend simply have stomach aches relieved when taken wd med but later diagnosed wd cancer stage 4 and has only 3months to live and it happen...

My mother passed away 7 months ago from gallbladder cancer. Watching this I cried because now I realize that her cancer being found at stage 4 she was already gone when she was diagnosed. She was diagnosed in may last year and passed away in September just 3 weeks before my birthday.

Sir my father was expired on 27.6.18 due to adenocarcinoma gallblader.his first symptoms was obstructive jaundice .he was diagnosed on 9.6.18..after it he hospitalised in 3 hospitals..at fortis hospital mohali he was admited on 22.6.18..n on 23.6.18 dr done ercp.n stent placed in right duct..after 2 days on 25.6.18 he was shifted to micu..and on 27.6.18 he was expired..dr. said tht he was expired due to refractory shock.i felt during ercp stenting his tumor get bursted and infection goes around all organs..n acc. To pgims dr chandigarh ercp stenting not possible on this stage because his ca19.9 report is 1826 u/ml..sir can u tell me exact reason reason of my father's death..

Even I have lost my mother due to this dreadful desease. In May 2020 Corona was rampant in Mumbai and we decided to go in our native village in UP Its a rural area since we reached village my mom was not feeling well and suddenly one day a huge pain occurred in my moms stomach. We went to district hospital the very next day which was 35 km away from my home, doctor suggested us ultrasound and gallbladder stone was found we went ahead with operation for removal of gallbladder The operation was tough and it took nearly 2 to 3 hours. The DR told that we have to send gallbladder for biopsy test. After 20 days report came and it was confirmed as cancer the local doctor suggested us to go to Lucknow for further treatment he only said its cancer and in initial stage. We were not aware that it was gallbladder cancer hence there was no awareness of this disease. We went to TATA in Mumbai and they delayed 1 months on further reports and by the time cancer spread my mom started suffering from jaundice. We started treatment in Pvt hospital in Mumbai they inserted stent but things didn't improve and on 18 December she left her body.

@@jamwalavinash4645 yes that time is very hardfull and painfull..even today me and my not recover from that situation..private hospitals and drs. Made this business to play with deceased feelings.
