Hello! On the snowy and wet days, I wore my Nike Air Zoom Pegasus Shield shoes as they are water repellent and had a good grip! Also wore thermal socks as it was quite cold! 😊

No problem! The operating hours of the park varies depending on the season and also when the Park closes, it takes time for everyone to leave as people are shopping in the Main Street shops so the shops don’t actually shut at the park close time which maybe why some people are still there past the park close time. Hope this helps!

We stayed 3 nights in July and I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. Our room had a view of lake area which was beautiful. However, the room was hot, the AC didn’t work. We asked concierge to assist they wrote it down and never sent anyone to check it. The common areas are dirty and unkept. The walls are in the hallways need fresh paint. The bathroom is a dark depressing orange color. Horrible. This resort does not compare to Florida or California locations in terms of upkeep. The hotel rooms and lobbies, elevators are so dated and in need of a face left that left me disappointed. The staff however was very nice. We loved the dinner and breakfast buffet especially the pancake machine.
Oh no! Sorry to hear you were disappointed. We went in the winter so didn’t notice the AC issue. Our experience was different, the common areas were fine and loved the food too! Staff were very helpful and friendly.
