On 6th January 2024, I visited Newquay to see what this summer holiday destination is like in the middle of winter.
There weren't many tourists in town, which wasn't surprising !
It was still nice to see the beaches and the waves crashing. No matter what time of year it is, Newquay has some of the prettiest walks along the numerous beaches and cliff top areas like Narrowcliff.
Compared to the super busy peak times of summer, Boardmasters festival, and other highlights like New Year Eve, it was interesting to see how quiet it was.
