I've been trying to figure out what's the difference between these new Daly/100 Balance BMS and the previous generation of BMS. To me, it seems like all Daly did was to rebrand the product and change the color from red to blue. These BMS still do not offer under and over voltage protection recovery. This is something that is really important especially for LFP batteries. I would also love to see Daly/100 Balance make the commitment to producing in-depth videos on how to use their products including communicating with inverters. Also, a video series showing the accessories and their uses. Come on Daly...you can do this!
Thanks for the suggestion, the biggest difference between the 100BALANCE and the DLAY range is the active equalization feature. Regarding the video on the use of the inverter, this is a good suggestion and we will make a recommendation. Thank you!
So you finally fixed the balancing shutting off when hitting the high voltages??? Send me the firmware please. Let me know where i can email. Before it was shutting off at high volt lvl 1 or 3.5v. It reset at 3.45. Once i raise volt lvl 1 to 3.6, it would balance to 3.6 but again shut off and not turn back on until 3.45v release. That release is not able to be changed.
It's not fixed! - BMS still stops balancing when level 2 protection is reached! - The balancer will not even turn on before ALL cells are above the set start voltage. Typical Daly design of a BMS balancer but not usable in practice with LiFePO4. - App not connecting via Bluetooth - PC software buggy and has major design flaws - BMS never resets to 100% unless overvoltage protection is triggered (which is NOT an indication of a 100% charged battery).

Hallo Andy, was auch nicht gut funktioniert ist die WLAN und 4G Funktion. Ich brauche über 50 Versuche bis ich eine einzige Verbindung erreiche. Und ein toller Vorteil von der Cloud wäre ja gewesen, wenn die Alarme als push am Phone signalisiert werden, aber Fehlanzeige. Es könnte das beste BMS werden!
No, we just have balancer 1A with Bluetooth , the 5A balancer is hardware one. You can use the 100balance Smart BMS with 1A active balancer ,then you will get 2A active balance current.
