when putin had not given up on america ; still thought he could work w/ us but all he gets is BS from the USA ; ignored and doubling down on what concerns him the most ; USA caused all this in Ukraine ; anyone who doesn't see this is in denial. But I believe USA wanted this to happen too. They have wanted to destroy russia for a long time ; since 1945 at least ; they will never give up until they no longer have the capability.
2007 and Putin asking NATO not to place new missile bases in Poland and Czech Republic. Its unjustifiable what he is doing in Ukraine but he has a point having been requesting withdrawal of expansion since so long ago
It may look like a casual, friendly conversation but, actually it's a tense moment for both as they openly disagree on critical issues in this fishing trip 😄
Very true. Those same missile installations that bothered Putin in Poland were later installed in Romania. The final straw was to install them in Ukraine. This entire war was avoidable if we hadn’t continued to push Russia’s buttons.
It’s weird watching this almost in 2023 and realizing that this is practically a video of the 1990s I really don’t think the 20th century can be considered over until 2020 Covid hit
@@FreedomFox1nobody installed any missiles in Ukraine. Romania is NATO territory so they can install as many missiles as they want, and rightfully so, they are going to install even more now all across nato border. putin lost this one
@@thehandleisuseless Ok, let’s see what happens when Russian missile batteries get installed in Venezuela. You will presumably be ok with that, correct?
They later proceeded to establish bases and place missiles in Poland and Czechoslovakia, and still expected to live happily ever after. That's not how mutual trust and respect work.
@@ldink756 Hence war take place in Ukraine now. Putin didn't go against Poland and Czech Republic, he tolerated and asked to stop for expansion. You think NATO's a charity union ? When Putin finally shows his military power over UKR, you fking Westerners went rage and blaming him for being an invader, but it seems all okay for you fools to expand and place missiles threatening other nations as many times as you like. What a typical self-minded westerner. This shows how much the US has been plotting until Biden, portraying the eastern big powers as evil nations, and continuously expanding their military influence into western Asia.
@@ldink756 Russia lost the most in the three world wars that have been due to their believing mutual trust and international order. This time around, they will not tolerate another war to be fought on their soil by being proactive and stop their enemies in their tracks.
Russia ever since Gorbatjov always wanted a good relation with the US and the west , but for some reason the US and nato ( same thing ) have always declared Russia enemy. Imagine the accomplishment with collaboration of the super powers.
I hear ya. Although nato has been infringing on Russia’s borders and sometimes being hostile towards Russia, this does not give Russia the right to invade Ukraine.
Whoever controls the world wanted n wants the conflict to exist/stay, peace doesnt sell... divide n control divide more n control more.. Ppl say Russia n Putin r this n that, if Putin was that stuck up u would never witness an americanized russia now, modern russia is so influenced by the west, from movies, clothing, fast food, cars, habits, trends, etc..
Putin would have not started this War had Russia not been encircled by NATO. Prayers for Ukrainians....who are victims of the competing geopolitical designs of USA and Russia. NATO has no reason to exist today after Warsaw Pact have been dissolved.
"The easiest thing to do is to condemn the evildoer, the most difficult thing to do is to understand him..." The more you learn about geopolitics and history the more you'll realize Putin has his reasons, he is not different than any American president that invaded and bombed Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya ex-Yugoslavia, they also had their reasons. People are shocked because it's within Europe between Europeans and this time the Western medias are condemning it.
Putin is a president like any other, he goes to war if he deems it necessary for the national interest. Just ask most recent US presidents. Americans are just surprised that it is someone else that themselves doing the invasion.
@@raymendez3403 Yes he is absolutely different. Putin poisons, jails, kills and assaults his political opponents. All the media in Russia is state owned, there are no real opposition parties in Russia, all controlled opposition. Putin stays in power by using his rich friends and mafiosos. Hes invaded a sovereign country and used propaganda bs to justify it and he threatens other countries like Sweden and Finland (neither have Russian populations like Ukraine) because he doesn't like what they do even though he has no right to dictate other completely independent and harmless countries.
Putin cannot allow Ukraine to join NATO, the moment that happens the U.S will more than likely have nukes on the Ukraine/Russia border..... For Russia this is unacceptable.
While Bush payback to Putin's support to the war against terror was to arm Cecenia's terroristi. 20 years of cold war while Putin was trying to deesxalate the tension asking for peace!!
@W yes, thats right. All super power benefited from war. They both are same. But general public reaction is not same. Western media and people strongly condemned Ukraine war but they almost Blander for iraq War. Iraq also was a sovereign country and iraqis or Palestinians has same feelings as ukrainian
@W Putin also accused Ukraine for discrimination to russian ethnic and us accused for iraq to use chemical weapons -Both was false Ukraine also attend in iraq war. Again again I say iraqis or Ukrainian shouldn’t deserve to be refugees - that is a fair stand
Russia and the United States are two great countries that should have a normal dialogue without enmity. Since the relationship between our countries is a key moment in the future of the whole world. And yes, we respect the United States and the ordinary American people. Best regards from Russia.
@W What?? you think Biden did that??? LMAO that mofo cant even remeber what he eat for breakfast, dude have u ever heard Biden speaking? he is a complet JOKE is the eyes of basically everyone, strong president is TRUMP, the only president that while in power Russia never attacked anyone.
@W you are completely crazy. Biden is just an old man with randomic thoughts about union and things like that. He doesn't know what he really needs to do. Putin is laughing at NATO because of leaders like him. I don't like TRUMP, but he had position and strength to deal with everyone.
This is how it was supposed to be. 2 powerful leaders respecting each other to keep peace in this world. Not fooling a small innocent country against a giant one. Stop using Ukraine to fight Russia because it's not fair and you're also responsible for all the innocent people dying in this stupid war between 2 countries that were supposed to be brothers.
@@HannyaShibuya that's for sure, but who pushed for that aggression? NATO and its allies did. I'm sorry but Russia can't let Ukraine join NATO just like the US won't let Russia install missiles and nuclear weapons in Cuba or Mexico. It's just easy to understand. For peace to run in the world 🌎 we must avoid doing stupid stuffs that provoke each other. I am so mad at the EU right now for not doing anything when the US & NATO went to Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Lydia and Somalia to kill more than 2 millions people and didn't get any sanctions from the West. I am mad that celebrities didn't speak against the US & NATO during their invasion in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lydia & Syria but speaking today against Russia invasion in Ukraine. Is life equal a life or not? Do some countries have the right to invade others but some don't have the same right? No country should invade another country is what I'm standing for. As an American i was always hoping to have a president like Putin in White House, in my dream came true, we have the must amazing man on earth Mr, Donald Trump ❤️🇺🇸💪🏼
Of course he dealt with many presidents for many years. He’s a de facto dictator who has his tentacles all over his throne and will never let go of it. And he’s done it through assassination of his opposition. I have no respect for this psychopath.
Putin warned GWB that pushing NATO to the East will not end well and will deteriorate relations. But the US did not want to listen. I hope it is understood very well today.
Bush keeping his arms in front of Putins was a power move that Putin noticed but did not push back on. Interesting how there is little nuances always at play when 2 powerful people meet.
Lol bush lied to his own people and to the world just to get into a war that cost millions of dead innocent people and to prove to his father that he is a strong little man 🤢🤢,that is a loser who knows he is beside someone who truly believe in something and is a strong person with morals unlike bush 🤢
Way to go, Mr Bush. Mutual respect. Will add my Mum and her only brother were mad about fishing. He eventually got his own fishing boat and was a commercial fisherman off the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia
Yep,and he talked about the same problem about Nato that day,and to this day. but no one listens to Russia, Now we have this current massive problem in Ukraine

Trump would have done that by now. But the people who have been determining foreign policy in the US for the past 7 decades, a faction or coalition of factions that Eisenhower referred to as "the military industrial complex," in his farewell address, those people do not want any sort of mutual human relationship between US and Russia under a strong leader. They were great having a relationship under the previous leader they helped to put into office, the stumbling slobbering incompetent alcoholic Yeltsin, i think he was a patriotic guy but his illness made him a weak leader, which was great for US interests that had been salivating over Russian natural resources and cheap labor since the end of WWI, 1918-19, US actually engaged in a military regime change operation in Russia at that time, invading Russia in a violent attempt to drive out their government and put a more desirable one in place. They lost, but never abandoned their hopes. German leadership got complicated in the 30s. But when the USSR collapsed in the 90s, US interests pounced. They were all over Russia, Russian quality of life plummeted. Yeltsin, knowing himself to be unable to lead, appointed Putin as leader pending the next election, and Putin has become strongly popular due to the strong competent leadership, improvement in quality of life, despite many continuing problems, Russia never was a modern country, it's been developing since the the czars were overthrown, but it had a very long way to go then, it was 85% peasant with not much industrialization and urbanization, something that needed to change really fast given all the threats from the West. it was a very backward country and is still culturally traditional compared to the US. I've seen a You Tube video of Putin making a speech to Russian youth telling them how drinking vodka is what those who want to defeat Russia as an indepedent country hope Russians will do, and talking about the role of vodka in the historical weakness of Russia, and talking about how it damages the body and weakens the body and mind, saying that he himself does not drink and he considers it a patriotic duty for Russians to not make themselves weak in that way, and to help build a modern independent country. pretty interesting to hear a leader of a country that big making that speech.
International jewry has the answer to that question. Perhaps Bush represents a different faction of jews because both Trump and Putin are controlled by Chabad Lubavitch. So perhaps what we are looking at in this video is negotiations between Chabad and whatever faction Bush represented. This might also explain the consternation during Bush Sr.'s burial service where Jeb Bush read a piece of paper, given to him by his mom, and looked exasperated. Maybe it was a message from Chabad.
This was when Bush was one year in office and Putin just came to power. They should've built a stronger relationship. Bush was a strong leader and got the oil from Texas💪

And no farting without warning.. Maybe some silent ones but it's outdoors. Vladimir seems to be ok. So much tension now, especially after Joe vs Pope incident 😞
The reality is the US/NATO ignored Putin's warnings for 20 years and Putin finally pushed back. Not saying that attacking a country is right, but geopolitics is never about what's "right" or what's "wrong". Geopolitics is about power struggle and each country's interests. And the US/NATO has been stepping on Russia's interests over and over for twenty years.
Expansion was ok up to a certain point but Ukraine should have agreed to be a neutral country. Russia is concerned. It would be like Mexico and Russia having an alliance on our border.
He got tired of his concerns being ignored...This current scenario was explained numerous times...YT has blocked some of those press conference videos at least in the UK...Again I'm sure censorship is not a Western thing but hey ho that's the way the world works...you are told what's important and what to worry about by giving it coverage with appropriate tonality and what to ignore by not letting you see it...
