The British GP was scheduled to be the 15th of October, but ut was rescheduled for the SMX finals, so the USA Team could participate in the MXoN.... Only for Team USA to send a C consisting of AP7, RJ and Craig, who hasn't raced since January LoL

As an American- we're going to get smoked at MXoN this year. Hampshire instead of Deegan? It'll be down to Prado from Spain and the Lawrence bro's from Australia. Can't wait to see it!@@DanielMartinez-dv5pm

​@DanielMartinez-dv5pm Not our best team but it's better than sending no team at all. RJ Hampshire is a top 250 guy on his best days, Craig was doing great outdoors on the 450 in 2022, just a matter of if he can put on a good performance after being out so much of the year. Plessinger has showed he can set a crazy pace if he gets a good start, he held off Jett Lawrence at Washougal for about 3 and a half laps straight. Mind you that's 3 and a half more laps than Sexton led outdoors this year lol. Most important thing is at least these 3 wanna be there, hope they can put on a good performance and at least make podium. That's a tough ask though considering the amount of strong teams going

Attendance didn’t look great. Or was it just deceiving?

@@rick_1237defintely deceiving. The crowd was pretty full for a standard GP. The car park and campsite were packed!

Yeah, to be fair Rick it seemed a bit less than last year, but deffo felt like way more than the footage shows.

Holding it in July is more expensive to run, also I’ve been to it in July & it was hot. Still didn’t improve the crowd because he British people are tight. They complain that Hawkstone international is too much for £35, which involves parking, practice & qualifying, then about 8 races. Literally a 9am-5:30pm day of entertainment for £35 is too much apparently. But a British GP held at a great track where you can see everything from one spot is too expensive, then it’s at the wrong time of year. Constant excuses. Having it held on the same weekend as Weston & a week after the AX fest hasn’t helped. Also a lot more space at Matterley so it never looks full unless it’s a MXDN, but plenty of fans turn up at Lommel & Trentino when I went there this year, wasn’t any cheaper or more expensive than the British MXGP.
