Thank you to everyone working to make this dream a reality. Hang in there people our day is coming... I was injured 22may89 leaving me a C-5 quadriplegic. I was 22 years old. I had no insurance. Patiently waiting for that magic day. Thank you Dr. Kessler!

~~ I started following Dr, Kessler and his daughter a few years ago~ I KNOW in my Spirit 'we' will discover the keys necessary to activate them~ I remember watching a 'documentary' of well over one hour~ where one of the things he was working to get the stem cells to bridge the injury in the spinal cord~~ when, not if, this comes to pass, it is a slam dunk~ home run~ TOUCH DOWN~ in Gratitude, Peace, Love and Compassion~ AHO

I'm wondering if there would be a place for the application of graphene in spinal cord research (see Biocompatibility of Pristine Graphene for Neuronal Interface - Journal of Neurosurgery: Pediatrics)? I know there are some problems with graphene toxicity at present; however, it may be that these problems could be overcome and it could be used in concert with stem cell research, possibly providing a scaffold, or provide a network of nano "power-plants" which bypass the damaged area...
