That’s one of the most interesting and fascinating videos ever! So much effort and hard work. As a journalist, I feel truly inspired. That’s true journalism in the good old days! I’m glad that this record is available here. Thank you so much for uploading it!
I'm a relative-noob in the newspaper industry (5 years, a pressman), and I find it _extremely_ interesting; the...."way of the dinosaur". I'm a staunch believer in progress, and I completely realize/understand/appreciate that the modus of one receiving their daily dose of news via the newspaper, is antiquated, by today's standard. That being said, the day that the [traditional] newspaper dies, (I work for one of the largest newspaper publishers in the US, and believe me; *IT'S DYING* _FAST_ !!) it's going to be a _SAD_ , _SAD_ , day! And I don't say that in a personal/selfish-sense; I say it more so because,...well....for (quite literally!) *hundreds and hundreds of years* , newspapers have been _THE_ , _THING_ ....that essentially tied _everyone_ , together,...from a news/current events standpoint! In just the past 20-30 years or so, newspaper went from the (figurative) unrivalled,...undisputed,...uncontested Heavyweight World Champion,....to a homeless vagabond that barely anyone even recognizes, these days! ☹
I'm 41 and I'll still buy a newspaper from time to time to sit and read with my Sunday morning coffee. And there's something about the smell of a fresh newspaper
