Your PG Eva unit-01 build was the first video of yours that I ever watched, and this really brings back memories of trying to save up money to paint but never being able to.

Happy to see this kit done, Meng might be my new favourite kit makers after I've tried this and the ninja bike, high quality kits. I have unit 02 sitting next to my desk ready to go and I've just seen they're releasing a 1.5 version of this for people who don't like to paint.

They’re releasing 1.5 of this kit btw better proportion and all tho you can compare which one you like more. Definitely selling mine haha

Sweet awesome EVA kit, it's even taller than the Dynaction EVA-01 kit (40cm) by Bandai. The only flaws that I find, if they can be called flaws, are the no light up "1" on the shoulders and to actually using the power cable as actual power cable to light up the LEDs.

Tooth color is called Deck Tan(Tamiya), not to correct you, but just pointing out a fun mistake. Not to worry, Im colorblind and still paint model kits lol. What a great build, hoping this kit will be reasonable and available in the future

300 dollars??? Gundamit has it for 150~. My local hobbyshop had it for that price too on preorder. There's a 1.5 version releasing soon for even less with better proportions and at a lower cost (At the cost of it not being prepainted or having the spear and gatling as accessories). The model is really neat, but definitely has weight issues and would have benefitted from having better ankle articulation.

Dang. I got the Meng Unit 1 for $150, and the platform for $60. On sale last 2 weeks.

MENG is great, but I still prefer the BANDAI PG, the new evangelion looks like a tall and skinny alien, instead the old one has more muscles and is more faithful to ANIME Neon Genesis Evangelion!!, MENG vs BANDAI? Gainax vs Khara? Which do you prefer?

Just letting people know this kit isn't really $300, on places like gundamnit it's going for under 200
